اگر نمره آزمون تافل یا جی آرای خود را در پایان آزمون اشتباها کنسل کرده اید، میتوانید از ETS در خواست کنید تا آزمون شما را تصحیح کند. برای این کار نیاز دارید تقاضای خود را با پر کردن GRE/TOEFL Score Reinstatement Form حداکثر تا ۶۰ روز پس از روز آزمون به ETS ارسال نمائید. هزینه این درخواست 20$ برای آزمون تافل و 50$ برای آزمون جی آرای می‌باشد که از طریقه کارت‌های اعتباری بین المللی قابل پرداخت می‌باشد. نمرهٔ شما حدوداً ۳ هفته پس از دریافت درخواست و هزینهٔ پرداختی شما اعلام میشود. لازم به ذکر است که score reinstatement تنها در مواردی که خود شخص داوطلب، آزمون را کنسل کرده است قابل انجام است و اگر نمره داوطلب به دلایل دیگر توسط ETS کنسل شده است از این گزینه نمی توان استفاده کرد.
