Google has unveiled the new Find My Device network for Android phones, which can track the phone even when the phone is turned off.
In this way, unlike the previous version of Find My Device, which required the phone to be connected to the Internet to locate it, in the new version, when a phone is lost, even if it is not connected to the Internet, the Android phones around it can be found through Detect the Bluetooth proximity of this phone and send its location to Google servers encrypted and without security risk.
For the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro phones, Google has gone even further and thanks to a special chip in them, it is possible to locate these phones even when they are turned off and their batteries are exhausted.
