Sorry for any problems, folks. After getting some feedback from Passport users, I had to swap out the TeleBB10 version. It was a back-end issue and a goof on my part. I apologize if anyone had any install issues.
Brief update: I am working on getting the latest 4.6.0 out with our beloved BBM emoticons, but Telegram has completely remapped their emojis so I'm stuck trying to remember/relearn all the tweaking I did so long ago. It is important, though, to have icons of praying hands in every possible shade of skin tone. Certainly wouldn't want to offend anyone. Grr.
As is typical, I just got 4.7.1 updated and the 4.8.0 beta was released today. Regardless, here are the files for TeleBBM and TeleBB10, both 4.7.1

I swear they know when I'm working on things. Just got pinged with another update. Ugh.
Latest version, same bugs so same caveats. Live location doesn't seem to work and notifications might be flaky too.
A quick update for everyone who still uses my BBM emoticon modified versions of Telegram and Plus:
After some tinkering, I've discovered a MUCH faster and easier way to achieve my modifications. This means no more lag time between official releases and my own.
Thanks to everyone for your patience, and look forward to a much faster response time here. I may even consider doing betas, but I won't make any promises.
