No joy. Telegram moved a few things around in their emojis again, so I have to start over. I'll be working on this tonight and hopefully it won't take too long. New versions coming shortly.
I'll get a BBMed version of the latest Telegram out once they cool their jets with the flurry of betas and new releases. They have a weird pattern of silence, then 10 betas within one day, stable release, 5 more betas the next day, then another stable release. Sometimes they stop there, sometimes it takes a few more fits and starts. Regardless, once the rollercoaster smooths out, there will be a new TeleBBM.
Telegram also finally published source for 5.2.1 for Android, so PlusBBM users (of which I think there is one. Me) will also have a new version in the next week or so.
Want to discuss TeleBBM? I finally created a chat group at www.tg-me.com/TeleBBM_Chat. Come join the fun! Invite your friends, family, anyone who might enjoy using the best chat platform out there, enhanced with our beloved BBM emoticons!
I am using the universal variant of Telegram for TeleBBM, and have been for a while.
"So what?" you may ask.
Well, that means I'm not bothering with TeleBB10 anymore.
Why not?
Because the universal variant will also support Android 4.1+. Last I knew, that will work on BB10. So, tell your BB10 friends they can still use my tweaked version and feel all the BBM love they're used to (but with way more features. And NO ADS).

The new version of Telegram (5.5.0) once again introduces a new mapping format. I haven't dug into it yet, but I'm hoping I won't have to start from scratch again.
Telegram recently opened the source for 5.6.1, so I anticipate a new Plus version will be along in a week or so, maybe sooner.
I'm in a bit of a personal transition, so I don't often have time or access to my PC to do a thorough analysis of the emoji changes I noticed in 5.5.0. However, I'm not going to skim over things, make assumptions, and publish a shoddy product. What you guys get here WORKS, and I intend to keep it that way.
I've had some questions about which versions to install, whether clients can run parallel, etc. So I'll post a clear guide shortly.
