In life, we should make it a habit to form and cultivate good habits like seeking repentance from our Lord and forgiving others.

The Prophet (s.a.w.) said: “He whose two days are equal, is a loser.” (Daiylami)

In other words, this hadith encourages us to begin on the path of forgiving and healing ourselves.

Each one of us yearns for the feeling of inner peace in our lives, hence we should avoid certain behaviour like arrogance, envy and to obtain tranquillity.

Keep in mind that sakinah is a heavenly gift from Allah (s.w.t.). Let us be worthy of this gift.

Instead of waiting for His servant to commit a sin, He (s.w.t.) extends His Hands of Mercy and Forgiveness.
