Steroline was never endgame — even the actors knew it was forced.

I think my reply to all the Steroline stans is just this video:

Watch it and tell me again how it was “meant to be.”. Paul literally says he wishes Stefan and Caroline never happened. Ian even agrees it felt forced. They both admit that the writers only started pushing Steroline after Nina left, because they were scrambling for a new pairing to fill the void.

So all your “cute Steroline buildup moments” were nothing more than an afterthought. Not canon buildup. Not emotional depth. Just filler. Manufactured chemistry that never felt natural — and apparently didn’t even feel natural to the actors themselves.

But sure, keep pretending like they were a slow burn or endgame or whatever helps you sleep at night

Is Damon always so hard to watch

I started watching this with my sister a few days ago, didn't think I would really be into it. Just feels like it attracts more girls than it would a guy, it's not that bad though. But are Stefan and Elena just not allowed to be happy around Damon? How many times does he end up trying to kiss her or convince her to love him (plus he snapped Jeremy's neck or something) bro is just weird

I'm trying not to be all over the place, and I don't really know what my point is, but everytime he's on the screen it sucks
