A lot of people say, “Don’t judge Damon, he’s a fictional character—it’s not that deep.” But why are y’all hypocrites then? Because every time someone points out the toxic traits in Damon and Delena’s relationship, those same people get defensive or hostile. So is it “just fiction” only when it’s convenient for you?
But let’s be real—why is that argument only used when someone critiques him or Delena’s relationship? The moment someone points out the awful dynamics like Damon’s manipulation, obsession, or lack of boundaries; those same people suddenly act like it is that deep.
Yes I got it some people like his character bc he’s fun and hot. But y’all fans are toxic like the character too.
