What is happening to New York Senator Kevin Parker will always be one of the funniest cases of karma I’ve ever seen.
In 2020, when Donald Trump left office, Parker bragged about the fact that they passed a new law where alleged victims can sue, which opened the door for E Jean Carroll.
In a twist of fate, a woman came forward and sued Parker. Now, after being sued himself, he claims the law is unconstitutional.

The final vote was 206 Republicans in favor of adding a Citizenship requirement to the U.S. Census. All 202 Democrats voted against it. 11 GOP members did not even bother to vote.
The Citizenship question would lead to the Democratic Party losing seats due to its illegal representation of foreigners in the U.S. Congress.

Guaranteed strategy on how to soft-implement Digital Slavery:
Proliferate various "Biometric Payment (and access) Systems" - those automated convenience technologies that scan your face, hands, eyes, car, embedded chips (in your card/phone/jewelry/in or on your person), etc...
There are also a number of security issues with these technologies. The palm/face/eye scans are easily compromised and easily spoofed with any typical high-resolution camera. Those scanner systems do not utilize fully-baked secondary authenticators, like skin temperature, 3D (vs 2D) verification (to assure it is scanning an actual hand/face/eye, and not a picture of one); Sensor distance (Camera-to-Object), and proximity verification (to user's own phone, or reconciliation to a facial scan of them walking into the building/merchant that they are now making a purchase at)... I could go on... but they are insecure, and the only way to make them secure is to add more surveillance systems that enable even further subjugation of privacy and autonomy.
But here is the real concern: They ARE adding all of those integrated area and proximity and networked/linked sensors through the bandwidth capability of 5G networks, and literally trillions of IOT devices/sensors/cameras/monitoring units/measurement devices/smart analytics/AI decision-making mechanisms...
I have written about this several times over the past several years, and it is simply a reality now, not a projection of the future.
A couple of examples of how this works:
ex.A - You buy a carton of cigarettes and a bottle of whiskey for your uncle on the way to his house for a birthday party or whatever... A month later, your health care premiums inexplicably skyrocket based on "potentially concerning, and predictive negative health patterns."
ex.B - The local authority has invoked a "high pollution advisory" and now demand everyone drive on alternate days (based on license plate starting with a letter/number/whatever) - you violate that edict - you get an automatic fine and other sanctions against you for non-compliance... including automated revocation of your parking permits/toll tokens/vehicle registration/whatever they want.
If you cannot hand someone twenty Dollars to buy food, put coins into a machine to get water, or bribe someone with cash to drive you out of town... you are a slave. Your life as a free citizen is OVER.
The only way to stop this is to refuse to participate. It will come to a point where the only way to stop this will be to make it too expensive to maintain and repair the infrastructure they need to sustain this Orwellian surveillance state.
If the governments, banks, and businesses of the world are enabled to obviate and eliminate coin and cash transactions, you will have zero power, zero anonymity, zero control over your own life, zero freedom of movement, zero safety, and zero voice or rights to have any voice or do anything outside of the approved scope of conduct: Meaning you are a slave.
These technologies are not dangerous in and of themselves -- The threat is WHO is using them and HOW they are being used against YOU.

One of Alvin Bragg’s paralegals, Jaden Jarmel-Schneider, admitted on the stand that the prosecutors deleted call records between Michael Cohen and Keith Davidson. The prosecution submitted the records into evidence, but didn’t mention that they deleted some records.
This is a federal crime and it’s called evidence tampering. Under 18 U.S.C. 1519, it’s a crime to destroy, conceal or falsify evidence in order to interfere with a federal investigation. In New York, tampering with evidence is a Class E felony, with 1.5 - 4 yrs in prison.
This alone should be grounds for a mistrial.
How many instance of malfeasance is Judge Marchan going to tolerate?
