Competition Result
The outcome of the Architectural Design Competition for the Berhan Bank Transitional Head Office project, which is planned to be constructed on Tessema Aba Kemaw Street (Goma Kuteba Area), was officially announced on June 20, 2025. The announcement took place during a formal event held at the bank’s current head office.
Out of the six prequalified consultants , five submitted their design proposals. Following a thorough evaluation by the jury panel, the following results were declared:
1st Prize: Yema Architecture, ,
2nd Prize: Jdaw,
3rd Prize: Addis Mebratu,
4th and 5th Runners-up: Geretta and Biybone, respectively.
The winning firm, Yema Architecture, subsequently signed the contract to proceed with the detailed design and realization of the project as of yesterday, August 12, 2025.
We congratulate the participants for their exemplary work, and particularly to the winners for their achievement in this significant competition.
