Least anyone disagree - let me make it as clear as I can.

Repealing the 8th amendment gave the Government a blank cheque to do whatever they want in future in relation to the unborn.

Whenever the Government want to change the Constitution from something very specific to: -

"provision may be made by law"

- that means you have abdicated all of YOUR rights in relation to that issue and given the Government a blank cheque to do whatever THEY want.

HEADS UP!

It has begun - trying to rig the election - in fact trying to rig ALL upcoming elections - and its coming from ostensibly these two fookers.

"Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien and Minister of State Malcolm Noonan have written to the lobby group for some of the largest tech multinationals operating in Ireland, asking them to talks later this month, warning of threats that are “deeply corrosive to our democratic discourse”.

The companies will be asked to sign up to a new Irish Election Integrity Accord on the eve of elections that come after the longest period in the history of the State without a nationwide party political contest being held, the Ministers wrote to Technology Ireland.

A range of EU and domestic laws have been passed or are in train to attempt to counter the threats of disinformation and misinformation interfering online in the electoral process."

Now, these two useless wastes of DNA are organising a "meeting" to "discuss" aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalll de mizzinformation - we - the peasants - have been spreading about these...................creatures and their "polizees"

MANSION HOUSE - APRIL 24TH 2024 [TO BE CONFIRMED]

"A summit of the companies with the Department of Housing, which is in charge of matters pertaining to elections, has been proposed for April 24th in the Mansion House."

That would be a "nice day out" now - wouldn't it?

Anyhoo that fat, thick ignorant fook Darragh O'Brien FF, who definitely crawled out of the shallow end of the gene pool in MY OPINION is one of 5 TeeDee's in the Dublin Fingal constituency who needs................................removing from said "position" apart from being a fat, thick, ignorant fook, who gets on my nerves - in MY OPINION.

Malcolm Noonan is the Green Party Minister for bullshit and "represents" the Carlow/Kilkenny Constituency - elected on the 10th of 10 counts without reaching the QUOTA of 12,274 - his final tally was 10,543 - got a big boost of 2,095 on the 7th count with the distribution of Adrian Wallace's of PBP votes when she got eliminated.

Noonan has been on the fringes of "politics" for aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaages - since 2004 - time for him to....retired or BE retired - could care less either way. He does the sweet doddery aul fella and am just deeeeeeeeeeeeeeply concerned about lots of shit! very well

Anyhoo - de nefarious plan seems to be "shut them down online" and they will go awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay, far far far awaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay - big meanies - weird - I wonder how people got elected BEFORE there was "online" - if they pull this off am sure sales of loudspeakers and dodgy vans with said loudspeakers on the roof will only go through the roof - am trying to imagine Fat arse O' Brien informing Irish people "I declare that you may NOT speak to this list of people, I in my exalted fatarsedness have decreed you may NOT speak to, listen to or Gob forbid look at their posters, read their leaflets or........lots of things that I do NOT approve of" - in REAL LIFE!

Government seeks pre-election pact with tech giants amid ‘supercharged’ disinformation threats - Threats ‘deeply corrosive to our democratic discourse’ are focus of EU and domestic leglislation

In this video, we consider the following areas:

1) Review of the timeline for the implementation of the new EU Migration and Asylum Pact.

2) Explanation of the difference between transposing laws and directly effective laws and why it is so important to determine which applies to the EU Migration and Asylum Pact.

3) Discussion of the laws that the EU proposes to introduce, to enact the aims of the EU Migration and Asylum Pact and whether these laws are favourable to Ireland or not.

4) Explanation of why Ireland is not legally required to enact the laws under the EU Migration and Asylum Pact.

5) Outline of how we can try to stop this pact becoming law in Ireland.

· The Screening Regulation
· The Asylum Procedure Regulation
· The Crisis and Force Majeure Regulation

EU Migration and Asylum Pact

The opt-in provision with respect to freedom, security and justice (which includes immigration and asylum and is commonly referred to as “Protocol 21”):

- was originally obtained by Ireland in a protocol to the Treaty of Amsterdam of 1997, and was enshrined in law, following the passing of a Referendum called the 18th Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 1998 – Treaty of Amsterdam

AND

- was carried forward in the Constitution on the passing of a Referendum called the 26th Amendment of the Constitution Bill, 2002 – Treaty of Nice

Under both the Treaty of Amsterdam and the Treaty of Nice, the People agreed to delegate its authority to the Houses of the Oireachtas to opt in, or not, to EU laws in the area of immigration or asylum

The EU Migration Pact was passed in the European Parliament today, with:
- EVERY FINE GAEL AND
- EVERY FIANNA FAIL MEP
voting to relinquish Irish sovereignty to Brussels (or whoever is pulling their strings).

It is vitally important to remember who voted what way , to make sure these people are NEVER voted in again.

I went through all the votes and have recorded them below.

Note that the EU Migration Pact is made up of 5 Regulations, however they voted on 10 asylum laws today (the above record only includes the 5 Regulations in the Pact).

IMPORTANT: EU MIGRATION PACT VOTE -
Tuesday April 16th at 15:04

This tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about what the Irish Government think about our sovereignty, mass migration, open borders and a charge on public funds on the State totalling at least €600,000,000 annually

The Government have called for a motion "without debate" requesting that Ireland opt-in to the EU Migration and Asylum Pact (this is a referral to committee stage, not the final vote)

E.U. Migration Pact Notice for all members.
Requested information for anyone wishing to use it we will just leave it here!
The usual template letters are ignored by TDs as can be expected. Who will open hundreds of emails the exact same? We would probably move them and the sender to the spam folder. It's too repetitive.

Time is just up so tonight before you sign out you have local TDs and Senators who are waiting to hear from YOU PERSONALLY as a constituent. Use your voice, it's your voice that they want to silence.

If people would just send an email, a two or three liner will suffice and might get their attention better, saying you do not support this EU Migration Pact, and let them know that it is your strong advice that as your TD and Senator, they Vote No!

EU Migration Pact
It seems some people are taking issue with my reference to Ireland having to take a minimum of 30,000 asylum seekers annually. To be clear, I stand by this statement. Others want to make reference to minimum quotas, without giving an opinion on what those quotas might be.

My figure of 30,000 comes from a review of the number of asylum seekers who entered the EU in 2023 (which was 1.14m) and breaking this figure down evenly between the 27 EU Member States - which would give you a figure of approximately 42,222.

This figure of 42,222 could easily increase:

1) given that at least 3 of those 27 countries (Hungary, Poland and Czech Republic) are unlikely to accept any asylum seekers - meaning the figure of 42,222 increases to 47,500; and
2) because the actual quota set for each country will be dependant on each countries population and GDP - neither of which will be helpful to Ireland, in terms of keeping our quota down.

Many people will want you to believe that the figure of 30,000 is the maximum that any country can ask the other EU Member States to take and this is simply not true. The agenda behind the EU Migration Pact is to dilute the national sovereignty of each State, and spreading 30,000 asylum seekers between 27 countries will not achieve that.

My figure of 30,000 is a conservative estimate.

Listen to your gut on this one and remember how many times these people have lied to you in the past.
