Do not go out BEAUTIFIED or PERFUMED!

The Woman Who Perfumes Herself & Provokes The Lusts Of Men

Abuu Muusaa (may Allaah be pleased with him) reported: "The Prophet, صل الله عليه وسلم, said, 'Every eye commits adultery. The woman who adorns herself with fragrances and passes by an assembly of men is as such,' meaning an adulteress."

[Sunan At-Tirmidhee, Hadeeth. No. 2786. Graded 'Hasan' by Ask-Shaykh Al-Albaanee]

Al-Mubarakpuri said, “She is an adulteress, as she provokes the lusts of men with her perfume and compels them and whoever else to look at her. Hence, it is an act of adultery with the eyes and whatever causes adultery with the eyes is itself sinful.”

🌙 Mustahab to recite Takbeerat during the night of Eid 🌙

It is mustahabb to recite takbeer during the night of Eid from sunset on the last day of Ramadaan until the imam comes to lead the prayer. The format of the takbeer is as follows:

✨Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, wa Lillaahi’l-hamd ✨

Or you can say Allaahu akbar three times, so you say:

✨Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, Allaahu akbar, wa Lillaahi’l-hamd✨

Both are permissible.

📌Men should raise their voices reciting this dhikr in the marketplaces, mosques and homes, but women should not raise their voices.

The Companions of Allāh’s Messenger – peace and blessings be upon him – used to say to each other when they met on ‘Eid:

تقبل الله منا ومنكم

(taqabbalallāhu minnā wa minkum, which means ‘may Allāh accept from us and you [our fasts and deeds].’)

Al-Ḥāfidh Ibn Ḥajr, Fatḥ Al-Bārī, grades this narration’s chain of transmission ḥasan and cites it from Al-Maḥāmilīyyāt.

Eid al-Fitr Day To do list:

1- Recite Takbir from Maghrib on last day of Ramadan until Eid.

Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar (Allahu Akbar), laa ilaaha ill-Allaah, Allaahu Akbar, Allaahu Akbar (Allahu Akbar), wa Lillaahi’l-hamd

You can say Allahu Akbar 2 or 3 times, both are permitted.

2- To do ghusl, some of the salaf used to do this.

3- Use Miswaak

4- Adorn yourself in your best clothes whilst ensuring modesty

5- Apply perfume (men only)

6- Head out to the place of Eid prayer early and eat an odd number of dates before you do.

7- Give Sadaqah al Fitr (Zakat al Fitr) before the Eid prayer.

8- Walk to the place of Eid prayer and return from it with a different route

9- Listen to the Khutbah after the prayer

10- Greet each other and congratulate each other:

تقبل منا ومنكم
Taqabbal Minna wa Minkum

“May Allah accept from us and from you.”

Four emphasized deeds at the end of Ramadaan:

1) zakah al-fitr
2) seeking forgiveness
3) gratitude, and
4) takbir.

▪️The best form of seeking forgiveness is:

✨استغفر الله وأتوب اليه✨

▪️The best form of gratitude is:

✨الحمد لله✨

▪️The best form of takbir is:

✨الله أكبر، الله أكبر ، الله أكبر،
لا إله إلا الله، الله اكبر ، الله أكبر ولله الحمد✨

And the takbir starts from the time maghrib on the night of the ‘Eid and continues until the ‘Eid prayer.

O' Brothers Begin 'Eīd With Lowering The Gaze!

Some of the companions of Sufyān ath-Thawrī said: "We went out with ath-Thawrī on the day of 'Eīd and he said: 'Verily, the first thing we will begin our day with is lowering the gaze."

Ḥasān Ibn Abī Sinān went out for the 'Eīd and when he returned his wife said to him:

"How many beautiful women did you see today?"

And when she persisted he replied: "I did not look at anything except my thumb from the time I went out until I returned to you!
