Added Heroku Deployer to @UltroidBot

- Deploy Ultroid to heroku without leaving telegram! Start @UltroidBot, and click "heroku deployer" to deploy!
- Your variables are deleted from the bot's PM as soon as the initialization is done, for safety measures.
- Fill up the variables as asked, wait for 4 to 5 minutes for the build to complete (check status using the "refresh status" button), and done, your Ultroid would be deployed.

- Feel free to test it out and drop bugs/suggestions in the comments.

• apt install wget -y && wget -O install-termux https://tiny.ultroid.tech/termux && bash install-termux

🔑 Key Points
-> It will deploy the ultroid with minimum (light weighted) dependencies.
-> Along with focused on saving your phone resources.
-> Optionally, you can install any dependency whenever you want with pip install to make specific command work.
-> Installation Tool will make you aware of and ask each action, it is going to take!

• If you have already cloned the repository, you can do .bash install-termux to run termux installation..

A note on telegram account bans.

Telegram has been banning accounts made with VoIP numbers (temporary numbers) and newly joined accounts, on generating a SessionString, since a while now.
Kindly do not generate a SessionString if your account matches any of the above-said criteria, or do that in your own risk. We are not responsible for account bans.

The support chat got banned, due to copyright infringement (someone mass reported the chat with false claims).
We have emailed the ones who gave the strike, and hope it would be resolved soon (though I don't think it'll ever be resolved).
