Marketing and Business Development Update

I recognize that I could be doing a much better job at marketing. My focus has been heavily on the product development side, which is very important, and honestly what I enjoy doing most. However for this venture to continue to grow we must focus on the business development side as it's equally as important. I can't divide my time anymore than I already have so I've made some changes.

I have defined new roles for the company. I have on boarded new team members with a goal to continue expansion and rapidly accelerate adoption and user growth as we near the V2 product launch.

@Jeff2684 is now the US Marketing Director for UniTrade working to promote the platform through influencers in the crypto space and seeking out beneficial partnerships. He has a brilliant mind that is strongly driven by results powered by effective marketing strategies. A hustler at heart, he has been through the full journey of successfully building startup companies from the ground up.

Assisting Jeff in these responsibilities will be @Frank_NG, who has been a true visionary and believer in UniTrade since the beginning. While investing is currently a side venture, his passion for the cryptocurrency space, and his real world high level business expertise will add tremendous value to the marketing team.

bankmark is now the China Marketing Director with responsibilities that are akin to those mentioned above for Jeff with a focus on the Chinese market. bankmark has continued to be a pivotal member behind the scenes for UniTrade. He has established and grown the Chinese WeChat community beyond expectations, organized multiple live community AMAs, acquired very valuable partnerships, and has time again shown to provide immense value. His deep understanding of the space, connections, and a keen awareness for what it really takes to be a top project in the cryptocurrency space makes him extremely unique.

@kaneluo will be working directly with bankmark. He brings with him a strong foundation of real world business experience that he has leveraged to substantially drive profits and growth for companies as a senior level business development manager. He specializes in marketing management, strategy, business development, and overall product growth and adoption. He knows what it takes to build a successful project and his insight and ability to look between the lines for unique solutions makes him an extremely valuable member to the team.

Finally @cryptotelligence1, a pioneer in the space, will be brought on as a strategic advisor. His ability to uncover the full potential of a project early on fits his name, as a Visionary. He has been a long term investor and supporter of UniTrade along with many other successful projects in the past.

While reborn and team have been working tirelessly on bug fixes, the staking contract, and the new UI, I wanted to take this moment to provide you all with an update on our marketing progress.

Firstly, I just want to say the outpouring of support has been truly incredible. One of the main reasons I took on this role is because the UniTrade community is truly unique. Many of you have been with us since we embarked on this journey back in early August. It’s rare to find a project where people truly believe in the vision, and remain committed. Thanks to all of you for your ongoing support of this team!

I also want to thank everyone for their innumerable contributions. We’ve received all sorts of creative, interesting marketing and partnership ideas that we are now putting to work. There is a group of about 15 people who have really stepped up to offer their time, perspective and insights to make this a successful effort. I can’t thank you enough.

Now, on to the good stuff: we have a number of exciting promotional events scheduled over the next few weeks. While I can’t get into all the specifics, I’ll give you a few hints 😉

There is a Tiktok campaign that is going to reach over 20m people. There’s some REALLY big names in crypto who will be promoting our upcoming staking bonus and launch. Several videos are being filmed to educate people on how to use our platform. We’re starting to get much more active on social media. And we also have a number of other influencers in the queue who will be helping push our message about the insanely awesome v2 app, which is just around the corner.

On the strategic partnership front, we’re making lots of strides here, and I hope to share more on this soon - deals take time to culminate, and I can’t share much more for competitive reasons, but some really cool stuff is in the works!

Overall, its only been 4 days, but we’ve made significant headway already, and I’m truly excited for what’s to come. As mentioned this past weekend, our marketing campaign is now underway and you can expect to see more exciting things over the next few weeks.

Many of you saw the BitBoy video posted yesterday - we also just concluded our first TikTok campaign which had great success!

Our 6 influencers reached an audience of +21m people - attached is one of the videos (with English subtitles) which had over 117,000 views.

TRADE Staking Audit Update —

Just reviewed the audit by Solidified, everything looks great, no critical issues with the new staking contract were found ✅

There were recommendations the security team mentioned which we want to implement before deploying the contract, as once it's live we can't make any changes. The dev team is working over the weekend on the smart contract changes which I estimate to be complete on Sunday.

We will redeploy on testnet to make sure all is working well. We need to do the final integration on the UniTrade staking portal website with the new smart contract. I do expect us to be done with everything over the weekend but I don't want to have to delay if something comes up. With that in mind, I feel very confident saying TRADE staking will fully launch on Wednesday (28th), in a few days.

Marketing outreach and user acquisition, that is being led by Jeff, is going amazing. We're seeing a big uptick in the number of users on the site. Overall interest for our upcoming staking portal and the new improved UniTrade user interface is growing very quickly.

UniTrade Order Book Update — Deploying Today

✅ From the initial beta launch we have been able to gather amazing feedback from the community which helps us enhance the product for you guys to use. Our entire team is dedicated to improving the UniTrade platform for long term growth and adoption. Today we will be deploying our new order book smart contract with several key upgrades and improvements.

1. Deflationary coins — you can now place limit orders with coins that are deflationary, up until now we have removed them from the platform, but they will be reenabled and can safely be traded.

2. Processing fee reduction — we've reduced the processing fee and added in the option to modify the fee in the future without needing to redeploy the contract.

3. Several optimizations — improved the overall smart contract with code optimizations, added additional test cases, and enhancements.

4. Staking integration — updates made in preparations for the staking smart contract release tomorrow.

* You'll receive a pop up from your wallet, accept the contract interaction.
* After the contract interaction is successful you'll get a second pop up about sending the chosen amount of TRADE to the contract, accept this.
* After the transaction goes through you have successfully staked your TRADE, you can add more TRADE whenever you want, but you can't withdraw until the 30 days period is over.
* You can claim your ETH rewards at anytime on the Withdraw tab before your 30 day staking period is up but note that your 30 days will be reset.

Road to V2 —

This past month at UniTrade has been very exciting 🦄. Our proof of concept product — unitrade.info, or “V1” — was fully audited, secured, and successfully deployed on October 7th.

Since then, we’ve fixed a number of bugs reported by the community, and deployed a more efficient order book to ensure better trade execution for our users ✅. Concurrently, we hired a new dev team to focus exclusively on the highly anticipated V2 product.

We successfully launched our ETH rewards smart contract on October 28th, which now has over 6m tokens locked, or +20% of our circulating supply. Users are cumulatively earning over $1,000 worth of ETH on a daily basis.
