If the ceasefire holds in the Middle East then the result for now is total victory to Iran.
israel started the conflict with their surprise bombing campaign and since then their stated goal has been for 'regime change'.
This clearly will not happen.
Instead they have been overwhelmed with a far superior Iranian missile programme that has devastated the financial centres of tel aviv and also numerous bio weapons and armaments factories.
The US strikes were merely a face saving exercise.
