DISTURBING: Texas just opened the gates to digital tyranny. SB2420, a dystopian UK-style online ID law, will soon force Texans to verify their age to access even the most basic online services—marking the first step toward a nationwide Digital ID system.

Set to take effect January 1, 2026, the law hides behind “protecting children online,” but experts warn it’s just another Trojan horse for surveillance and mass data collection. Border Czar Tom Homan SNAPS back after Chris Cuomo attacks ICE’s deportation strategy.

Cuomo accused Homan of “cutting muscle, not fat” in his deportation efforts, adding that it was a “bad look” and his agents looked “like Hamas.”

Cuomo also claimed Homan wasn’t being transparent with the data — but he wasn’t ready for the fire he lit in Homan’s belly.

“I’m being transparent tonight,” Homan fired back.

“Seventy percent of everybody arrested are criminals. President Trump said we’re going to concentrate on national security threats. That’s exactly what we’re doing. The data shows it.”

Homan then grew visibly emotional and stared Cuomo down as he explained why he’s so relentless in his deportation efforts.

“Because the whole world sees ICE out there every day across this nation enforcing immigration law, sending a clear message of consequences so families don’t SPEND THEIR LIFE SAVINGS handed to a criminal cartel to make that dangerous journey — because they know there are consequences.”

He continued: “President Trump’s policies, whether people want to face it or not, are SAVING LIVES by the thousands. Under Joe Biden, a record number of aliens DIED making that journey. A record number of Americans DIED from fentanyl coming across that border. This administration is not only enforcing the law and making our streets safe again — they’re saving thousands of lives.”

“It isn’t happening,” he said. “A government shutdown is going on right now. A man has to work on DoorDash when he’s really an air traffic controller that we applauded. And we’re up here talking about how much some money is gonna cost. And the only person that don’t have a check coming IS HIM.”

Smith ended his rant by walking off stage as the audience erupted in applause.
