Bezawit's passion for social impact has led her to work on a variety of projects, including managing volunteer programs and serving as an independent SBCC (Social and Behavior Change Communication) consultant. Currently, she's also busy running her own start-ups, FREELANSIRA and BlechtaKids, under BEZAD Solutions PLC.

As a mother of two, Bezawit is especially committed to creating positive change for future generations. Her expertise and experience make her a valuable addition to our panel, and we can't wait to hear her insights.
