One of the hardest parts for our team in providing the evidence to authorities was to show that Emily herself was doing something illegal. She has devs minting the assets—so we had to present the case in such a way that showed in fact she was devising and promoting these assets with the illegitimate devs. We had to find out who the devs were. We had to trace her payments from the devs into QSI wallets that we could prove were controlled by Emily and QSI. We had to provide comprehensive lists of all the wallets that invested and show how much each person put in to each ICO. In fact, we couldn’t show point A to point Z until she started doing the ICOs. This was because we disrupted their operations so much they had to pivot.

This crucial moment in time is what allowed us to gather the information the authorities were asking us for.

In fact, Emily and her admins had a part in catching her in the act. I want to take the time to thank the QSI admins that managed the ICO spreadsheets and for posting them publicly. You all provided a major missing link for this investigation.

The fraud dev's distributor address 5SHX has paid his T3DN
310,500 XLM for advertising.
(as has always been the deal, since 2021...)

This account created a bunch of other little accounts (that I still need to check through) but one was created with 1,035,000 XLM!

Hi QSI leaders and members :

I know there are many of you who see the cracks in the QSI narrative and/or just sticking around “just in case” you get some money back somehow from all you have sent into group funds over the years.

It is painful…many of us have been through the same process…we know firsthand. Many of us left knowing our names would be pulled through the mud, but I can assure you once you are out of QSI you will feel a weight lifted off your shoulders (despite the long road to recover) and you will more clearly see it for what it is.
