🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Oversee and drive the company’s strategic direction, growth, and expansion in Africa.
✅ Manage and coordinate all departments, including Software Development, Marketing, Sales, Training, and Consultancy.
✅ Lead business development initiatives, partnerships, and innovations to expand our market reach.
✅ Ensure smooth execution of projects, resource management, and customer satisfaction.
✅ Develop and implement company policies, financial strategies, and operational excellence.
✅ Represent OICT Solutions at high-level industry meetings, events, and government collaborations.
🎯 Requirements & Qualifications:
✔️ Proven experience in senior management roles (preferably in ICT, Tech, or Business sectors).
✔️ Strong leadership, business development, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Background in ICT, Business Administration, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
✔️ Knowledge of the African tech landscape, startup ecosystem, and market trends.
✔️ Ability to build and lead high-performing teams and execute large-scale projects.
✔️ Excellent communication and negotiation skills (multilingual ability is a plus).
