🇺🇸 At Red Bull Rampage in Virgin, Utah, 28-year-old freestyle rider Adolf Silva crashed hard during his second run while attempting a double backflip off a massive ledge—under-rotating and slamming head-first onto the rocky desert floor before flipping and sliding down the grade.

Medics rushed to his side on the red cliffs between Zion National Park and Hurricane, airlifting the alert and conscious athlete by helicopter to a local hospital for evaluation.

The event paused for 31 minutes before resuming, with Red Bull confirming Silva is stable and talking to loved ones.
