Telegram Bond Rally: $1.5B Amid CEO’s Legal Woes
Telegram is set to raise $1.5 billion through a five-year bond offering yielding 9%, aimed at refinancing $1 billion of existing 2021 debt and giving investors an option to convert into equity if the company goes public .
