Interesting behavior of Telegram for Android to detect if calls or secret chats allowed for a specific device/session:
> source code
An app with API ID 2040 is Telegram for Desktop, 2496 is Webogram [?], an an app with API ID 22 is Telegram Widgets.
private boolean acceptCallsEnabled(TLRPC.TL_authorization session) {
return session.api_id != 22;
}
private boolean secretChatsEnabled(TLRPC.TL_authorization session) {
return session.api_id != 2040 && session.api_id != 2496;
}

On the test server, changes have been made to the gift upgrade system, and it’s likely they will soon be applied to the production server.
For example: gift is released with a supply of 1,000. For the first 500, the price will drop more (10 stars per hour). For the remaining 500, the price will drop more less (2 stars per hour). This is just an example.
So, the price now depends on how many upgrades the gift already has.
Although, everything could still change 🤔

@citizenobserver_bot got banned
What’s the project’s main idea?
The initiative encourages ordinary voters to act as “citizen observers” on the days of voting in Russia (September 12–14). The idea is that anyone who comes to vote can discreetly record what happens at the polling station and then fill out a simple form with questions about possible violations.
From September 12 to 14, elections will be held at the regional and municipal levels in 81 regions of Russia. According to the Central Election Commission, more than 55 million voters will be able to participate in the elections.
> ОВД-Инфо (banned in Russian Federation)
> Citizen Observer
UPD 17:10 UTC: bot unbanned.

Nice work, done exactly in 3 minutes after a post before.
UPD after 3 other minutes: @username_bot is attached to an original bot.
