For people having issues with volume not going above safe volume level, on wired headphones, open vendor/build.prop (needs root) and add to the end of the file (and reboot after that):

audio.safemedia.bypass=true

I already added this to vendor props for the next build.

* fixed audio bug with wired headphones when receiving notifications
* restored proximity sensor support (mostly for dialer)
* changed dialer on vanilla build (previous version was crashing)
