INTROVERT

የሆኑ ሠዎች ከውስጥ ማንነታቸው ጋር የጠበቀ ግንኙነት ያላቸው ሲሆን በራሳቸው አለም፣ ስሜት፣ሀሳብ ውስጥ መኖር ሚፈልጉ እና ዓለማቸውን በተለያዩ መንገዶች ለማየት ጊዜ እየወሠዱ በጥልቀት ማብሠልሠል የሚዘወትሩ ናቸው። Introvert ሠዎች በማንበብ፣ በመፃፍ ፣በማሠላሠል መደሰትን የሚመርጡ እና ትንሽ የቅርብ ጓደኞች ያላቸው ብቻቸውን በመሆን ስሜትን በግል የመግለፅ ዝንባሌ በጸጥታ እና በትልቅ ቡድን ወይም በማያውቋቸው ሰዎች አካባቢ ሃሳባቸውን ከማውራት ይልቅ በጭንቅላታቸው ውስጥ የሚያብሠለስሉ ናቸው ።

እራስን ለመፈተሽ እና ለማየት እንኳን አንዳንድ ጊዜ ጥቅም ቢኖረውም, አንዳንድ ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት ውስጣዊ ነጸብራቅ ውስጥ የመሳተፍ ከፍተኛ ዝንባሌ በመኖሩ ምክንያት እንደ ድብርት ያሉ የአእምሮ ሕመሞች የመያዝ እድላቸው ከፍተኛ ነው።

EXTROVERT

የሆኑ ሠዎች ደግሞ በተቃራኒው ከውጭው ዓለም ጋር ተግባቢ እና መስተጋብር የመፍጠር ችሎታቸው ላይ ነው።በማህበራዊ ህይወት ውስጥ ወጣ ገባዎች ከሌሎች ጋር ማውራት፣ ሀሳባቸውን በቃላት በመግለጽ እና ከውጭው አለም ጋር መገናኘት ያስደስታቸዋል። Extroverts ብቻቸውን መሆን የማያስደስታቸዉ እና ብዙ ጓደኞች ያሏቸው ፣በማህበራዊ ህይወት መደሰትን የሚመርጡ ፣ ትኩረትን የሚፈልጉ ፣ ተግባቢ፣ በቡድን ስራ የሚደሰቱ፣ ከመፃፍ ይልቅ ማውራትን ይመርጣሉ።

ማህበራዊ ኑሮ እና ተግባቦት ጥሩ ነገር ቢሆንም አንዳንድ ጥናቶች እንደሚያሳዩት extroverts የተሻለ ምርጫ ማድረግ [decision making] ላይ ደካማ ሊሆኑ ይችላሉ ይህም የሌላው ሠው ሀሳብ influence ስለሚያደርጋቸው ነው።
