Zak blames Nico Hulkenberg and other "amateurs". He does not place any blame on his drivers.

Zak Brown says:

Alonso's right rear runs over Hulkenberg's front wing during the shunt. Hulkenberg's front wing later detaches entirely while Alonso retires from the race.

Marshalls are scurrying around the track to pick up all the derbis. Stroll pits for a new front wing, Colapinto pits with a puncture and damage.

It appears that Hulkenberg's wing was picked up by Tsunoda and later discarded. Hulkenberg then later runs over his own wing all while asking about its status!
