📘عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، قَالَ: «مَنْ لَمْ يُعِدَّ كَلَامَهُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ كَثُرَتْ خَطَايَاهُ، وَمَنْ عَمِلَ بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ كَانَ مَا يُفْسِدُ أَكْثَرَ مِمَّا يُصْلِحُ»

مصنف ابن أبي شيبة (8/242). بسند صحيح.


📕قال ابن رجب في جامع العلوم والحكم(1/291)عقب الأثر:وَهُوَ كَمَا قَالَ.
فَإِنَّ كَثِيرًا مِنَ النَّاسِ لَا يَعُدُّ كَلَامَهُ مِنْ عَمَلِهِ، فَيُجَازِفُ فِيهِ، وَلَا يَتَحَرَّى.

📌Caution from the Tongue


📕Omar bin Abdul Aziz said: "Whoever does not consider speech from his deeds,
then his sins will increase, and whoever acts without knowledge,
he will do more damage then good!”
[ Musannf Ibn Abi Shaybah's] (8/242).

📘Ibn Rajab said in [ Jami’ al-Ulum wa al-Hakam](1/291).
“Many people do not consider their words from their deeds,
so they are careless and aren’t cautious”

📕Sheikh of Al-Islam Ibn Taymiyyah said: “There is a paradise in this world, whoever doesn’t enter it indeed will not enter the paradise of the hereafter”.

▪️الدُّنْيَا أَحْلَامُ نَوْمٍ، أَوْ كَظِلٍّ زَائِلٍ، إِنْ أَضْحَكَتْ قَلِيلًا أَبْكَتْ كَثِيرًا، وَإِنْ سَرَّتْ يَوْمًا سَاءَتْ دَهْرًا، وَإِنْ مَتَّعَتْ قَلِيلًا منعت طويلًا. «زاد المعاد» (4/174).

🍂الإيمان بالقدر راحة نفسية
📕ذكر والدي في «الجامع الصحيح في القدر» من ثمرات الإيمان بالقدر: الطمأنينة وتخفيف الهموم والأحزان.
🔻وهكذا كان رَحِمَهُ الله يربينا على الإيمان بالقدر، ومن كلامه: الأمورُ يسَيِّرُهَا ربُّ العالمين. ويقول: التَّيسيرُ بيدِ الله.
📕ويقول رحمه الله: يكثرُ الانتحارُ من الذين لا يؤمنونَ بالقدر، ومن أصحابِ الأعصاب.
📕ويقول في مرضه الأخير وهو في حالة شديدة: آمنت بالقدر.

🍂The Belief in Destiny promotes Psychological Comfort

📕My father mentioned in “Al-Jami’ al-Sahih fi al-Qadr” that, one of the outcomes of believing in predestination is: tranquility and ease when faced with worries and sorrows.
He, (رحمه الله), raised us to believe in predestination, and from his words: “things are controlled by the Lord of the worlds.
And: Facilitation is in the hands of Allah”.
And he, (رحمه الله), used to say: “Suicide occurs often among those who do not believe in predestination, and those who are anxious”. He also said in his final illness, during severe health conditions:“ I believe in predestination.”

▪️مِنْ حِكَمِ الحُكَمَاء▪️

🔸قالت الحكماء: من نظف ثوبه قَلَّ همُّه
ومن طاب ريحه زاد عقلُه
ذكره ابن الجوزي في «صيد الخاطر»(105).
🔸 وجاء هذا عَن مكحول التابعي قال:
من طاب ريحه زاد في عقله
ومن نظف ثوبه قل همُّه.

📌رواه بإسناده أبو نعيم في« الطب النبوي»(1/301).ويُنظر في حاله.

🔸The wisemen used to say: “Whoever cleans his clothes, will reduce his anxiety and whoever’s scent is good, his intellect will increase”
Ibn al-Jawzi mentioned this in “Sayd al-Khater” (105).

🔸This was reported on the authority of Makhoul al-Tabi’i, who also said: “Whoever’s scent is good, his intellect will increase and whoever cleans his clothes, his anxiety will reduce.”

🌸السعادة الزوجية🌸

🔸ليُعلم أن السعادة الزوجية لا تأتي بالعنف وفرض السيطرة ،واعتقاد أنه سلطانٌ عالي المنزلة.
وأن المرأة عنده في منزلة أدنى جندي
فإن هذا من الخطأ.
ولكن ينظر إليها على أنها زوجته وقرينته وأم أولاده وراعية بيته، فيحترمها كما يحب أن تحترمه.
كما أن على الزوجة أيضًا أن تعرف حق الزوج
وأن له حقًّا عظيمًا عليها
وأن تحاول جاهدةً لفعل ما يحصل به رضاه وسروره ،حتى تحصل الألفة بينهما والمودة والمحبة.

🌸Marital Happiness🌸

🔸Know that marital happiness does not come with violence, forcefulness, control, and the belief that one is a high-ranking sultan while his wife is a low level soldier. Such beliefs and behaviors are incorrect. A husband should view his wife as a companion, mother of his children, and the caretaker of his home. As a consequence, he respects her as he wants her to respect him. In addition, the wife must know the rights of her husband and that he has significant right over her. She should strive hard to do whatever brings him contentment and pleasure, so that there will be affinity between them, love and affection.

🍂استحباب الصيام في كل شهر ولو يومًا واحدًا🍂
---------------------------------------
📕عن عائشة«وَاللهِ، إِنْ صَامَ شَهْرًا مَعْلُومًا سِوَى رَمَضَانَ، حَتَّى مَضَى لِوَجْهِهِ، وَلَا أَفْطَرَهُ حَتَّى يُصِيبَ مِنْهُ». رواه مسلم (1156). أي:يصوم منه.
فيه أَنَّهُ يُسْتَحَبُّ أَنْ لَا يُخَلِّيَ شَهْرًا مِنْ صِيَامٍ.(ذكره النووي في شرحه لهذا الحديث)
📕ولقول النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لأبي عقرب:«صُمْ مِنَ الشَّهْرِ يَوْمًا»والله الموفق.

🍂Recommendation to fast every month, even for just a day🍂
---------------------------------------

📘On the authority of Aisha(رضي الله عنها): “By ALLAH, the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) didn’t fast for an entire month, other than Ramadan, until he died, nor did he break his fast an entire month expect that he would fast from it” Narrated by Muslim (1156).

⚡️In this Hadith, we learn it is مستحب (highly encouraged) for a month not to go by except to fast from it. (Al-Nawawi mentioned it in his explanation of this Hadith). Also, because the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) said to Abu Aqrab: “Fast one day per month.”
And Allah is the one who grants success.
