لا يسلم من الفتن إذا وقعت إلا من سلَّمه الله

قال شيخُ الإسلام في «منهاج السنة» (4/ 344):
وإِذَا وَقَعَتِ الْفِتْنَةُ لَمْ يَسْلَمْ مِنَ التَّلَوُّثِ بِهَا إِلَّا مَنْ عَصَمَهُ اللَّهُ.

*When fitan (trials) befall, none are saved except for those upon whom Allaah سبحانه و تعالى has mercy.*

Sheikh of Islaam رحمه الله تعالى said:

When trial befall, none will be preseved from its influences except those who are protected by Allaah سبحانه و تعالى.

🔹العلم من مكفرات الذنوب🔹
🍃قال الله تعالى:﴿وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ذَلِكَ ذِكْرَى لِلذَّاكِرِينَ (114)﴾[هود].
🍂قال ابن القيم رحمه الله في«مفتاح دار السعادة»(212)في سياق فضائل العلم:
طلبُ العلم من أفضل الحسنات، والحسناتُ يُذْهبْنَ السيئات.
📌 فجديرٌ أن يكون طلبُ العلم ابتغاء وجه الله يكفِّر ما مضى من السيئات، فقد دلَّت النصوصُ أنَّ إتباعَ السيِّئة الحسنةَ تمحوها، فكيف بما هو مِنْ أفضل الحسنات وأجلِّ الطَّاعات؟!

*Seeking knowledge , expiates sins*

Allah The Al mighty said:
{وَأَقِمِ الصَّلَاةَ طَرَفَيِ النَّهَارِ وَزُلَفًا مِنَ اللَّيْلِ إِنَّ الْحَسَنَاتِ يُذْهِبْنَ السَّيِّئَاتِ ذَلِكَ ذِكْرَى لِلذَّاكِرِينَ ﴾
[هود:114].


*{And perform As-Salat (Iqamat-as-Salat), at the two ends of the day and in some hours of the night [i.e. the five compulsory Salat (prayers).*
*Verily, the good deeds remove the evil deeds (i.e. small sins).*
*That is a reminder (an advice) for the mindful (those who accept advice).}* *[Hud :114]*

Ibnul -Qayyim, (may Allaah سبحانه و تعالى have mercy on him) said in “The Key to Dar Al-Saada” (212)

*The Virtues of knowledge*: Seeking knowledge is one of the best forms of good deeds and good deeds expiate bad deeds.

It is only befitting and worthwhile that seeking knowledge for the sake of Allaah expiates past sins.

The narrations prove that following up a sin with good deeds wipes out the sin. So what about the best of deeds and the most honorable forms of obedience!

الكسل
الكسل من الأمور الخطيرة التي لا يشعر بها الكثير، وخاصة الشباب والشابات، لا يدركون مضرة وأخطار الكسل.
إن الكسل يسرق عليك الوقت، كما قال ابن الجوزي في «صيد الخاطر» (384): وليحذر من لص الكسل؛ فإنه محتال على سرقة الزمان. اهـ.

*Laziness*

Young men and women do not realize the danger and harm caused by Laziness

Your time is wasted and stolen from you due to laziness.

As Ibn al -Jawzi رحمه الله تعالى said in:
(صيد الخاطر/384)

So be mindful of *Laziness* ~ that which is a cause for your time to be stolen (i.e. causes you to waste time). Verily, laziness is known for being the cause of wasting time.

قال ابنُ القيم رحمه الله في «مدارج السالكين» (2/ 166) أنه أَجْمَعَ عُقَلَاءُ كُلِّ أُمَّةٍ عَلَى أَنَّ النَّعِيمَ لَا يُدْرَكُ بِالنَّعِيمِ وَأَنَّ مَنْ رَافَقَ الرَّاحَةَ فَارَقَ الرَّاحَةَ، وَحَصَلَ عَلَى الْمَشَقَّةِ وَقْتَ الرَّاحَةِ فِي دَارِ الرَّاحَةِ، فَإِنَّ قَدْرَ التَّعَبِ تَكُونُ الرَّاحَةُ.
عَلَى قَدْرِ أَهْلِ الْعَزْمِ تَأْتِي الْعَزَائِمُ ... ... ... وَتَأْتِي عَلَى قَدْرِ الْكَرِيمِ الْكَرَائِمُ
وَيَكْبُرُ فِي عَيْنِ الصَّغِيرِ صَغِيرُهَا ... ... ... وَتَصْغُرُ فِي عَيْنِ الْعَظِيمِ الْعَظَائِمُ
وَالْقَصْدُ: أَنَّ مُلَاحَظَةَ حُسْنِ الْعَاقِبَةِ تُعِينُ عَلَى الصَّبْرِ فِيمَا تَتَحَمَّلُهُ بِاخْتِيَارِكَ وَغَيْرِ اخْتِيَارِكَ. اهـ.

*Comfort and ease can never be obtained by way of increasing one's comforts and ease*

✒️Ibnul Qayyim, (may Allaah have mercy on him),
said in
(مدارج السالكين 2/166)

The wise people of every nation have unanimously agreed that comforts and bliss are not obtained by way of comforts and bliss. Rather, the end result will be the removal of their comforts and they will only find difficulty at the time of ease in the house of complete comfort and ease.

Verily one will be rewarded with comforts, ease and bliss according to:

▪️︎the amount of hardships he/she endures;

▪️︎the degree of determination, firmness, will and resolution they possess;

▪️︎the degree of how generous they are, they will obtain generosity.

📌Point being:
Recognizing the overall well-being, aids one towards obtaining patience in that which increases endurance, whether it is by one's choice or not."

📌موقف المسلم عند الفتن

📕قـــال الذهبــي رحمه الله تعالى:

فيَنْبَغِي لِلمُسْلِمِ أَنْ يَسْتَعيذَ مِنَ الفِتَنِ، وَلاَ يَشغَبَ..

وتمسَّكْ بِالسّنَة، والزم الصَّمْت، وَلاَ تَخضْ فِيمَا لاَ يَعْنِيكَ، وَمَا أَشكلَ عَلَيْكَ فَرُدَّهُ إِلَى اللهِ وَرَسُوْلِه، وَقِفْ، وَقُلْ: اللهُ وَرَسُوْلُه أَعْلَمُ.

[سير أعلام النبلاء20/142]


🍁تنبيه: قول الذهبي الله ورسوله أعلم . زيادة ورسوله هذا على قول بعض أهل العلم أنه لا بأس بزيادة ورسوله إذا كان في أمور شرعية.

🍂والصحيح كما استفدنا من والدي الشيخ مقبل أنه بعد وفاة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم تقتصر على قول : الله أعلم؛ لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وعلى آله وسلم يقول: فيقال لي إنك لا تدري ما أحدثوا بعدك. والله الموفق.

🔹*The stance of a Muslim at the time of afflictions and trials*

📕Al Dhahabi رحمه الله تعالى said:

🔸It is obligatory upon a Muslim to seek refuge in Allash from trials and tribulations and not quarrel and become worrisome. Rather, he should adhere and be steadfast upon the Sunnah (traditions of the Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم), whilst maintaining silence and not to delve into that which does not concern him. Whatever discord you find, return it back to Allaah سبحانه و تعالى and His Messenger, sttop and say, 'Allaah and His messenger, know best.'

▪️This is the opinion of some of the scholars with regards to the permissibility in legal matters.

▪️The correct view which we have benefited from my father, Sheikh Muqbil رحمه الله تعالى is:

🍂'After the death of the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم, we do not add *and His Messenger,* rather we limit the statement to: *Allaah knows best.*

📌This is because, the Prophet صلى الله عليه و سلم will be told: 'You do not know what they have innovated after you.'

🍁Allaah سبحانه و تعالى is the only One Who grants success.

▪️من أدلة التحذير من الغيبة▪️

📕عنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: صَعِدَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ المِنْبَرَ فَنَادَى بِصَوْتٍ رَفِيعٍ، فَقَالَ:«يَا مَعْشَرَ مَنْ أَسْلَمَ بِلِسَانِهِ وَلَمْ يُفْضِ الإِيمَانُ إِلَى قَلْبِهِ، لَا تُؤْذُوا المُسْلِمِينَ وَلَا تُعَيِّرُوهُمْ وَلَا تَتَّبِعُوا عَوْرَاتِهِمْ، فَإِنَّهُ مَنْ تَتَبَّعَ عَوْرَةَ أَخِيهِ المُسْلِمِ تَتَبَّعَ اللَّهُ عَوْرَتَهُ، وَمَنْ تَتَبَّعَ اللَّهُ عَوْرَتَهُ يَفْضَحْهُ وَلَوْ فِي جَوْفِ رَحْلِهِ»رواه الترمذي(2032)

📘قال صاحب «عون المعبود »(13/153): فيه: تنبيه على أن غيبة المسلم من شعار المنافق لا المؤمن.

*Warning against backbiting with evidence*

Ibn ‘Umar said:
“The Messenger of Allaah صلى الله عليه و سلم ascended the Minbar and called out with a raised voice:

’O those of you who have accepted Islaam with his tongue, while faith has not reached his heart! Do not harm the Muslims, nor revile them, nor spy on them to expose their secrets. For indeed whoever tries to expose his Muslim brother’s secrets, Allash will expose his secrets even if you were inside your home.’

Narrated by Al -Tirmidhi (2032)

عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ ‏ "‏ الْعُمْرَةُ إِلَى الْعُمْرَةِ كَفَّارَةٌ لِمَا بَيْنَهُمَا، وَالْحَجُّ الْمَبْرُورُ لَيْسَ لَهُ جَزَاءٌ إِلاَّ الْجَنَّةُ ‏"‌‏.
رواه البخاري (1773)

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "(The performance of) `Umra is an expiation for the sins committed (between it and the previous one). And the reward of Hajj Mabrur (the one accepted by Allah) is nothing except Paradise."

السؤال
وهل يشرع الطواف بالبيت في غير عمرة ولا حج؟



الجواب

هذا مستحب، ودليل ذلك قوله تَعَالَى: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

قال شيخ الإسلام في «شرح العمدة» (3/658) عن هذه الآية ﴿إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾[البقرة]: فَإِنَّهَا دَلِيلٌ عَلَى امتِنَاعِ الطَّوَافِ بِهِمَا مِن غَيرِ الحَاجِّ وَالمُعتَمِرِ؛ وَلِذَلِكَ لَا يُشرَعُ الطَّوَافُ بِالصَّفَا وَالمَروَةِ إِلَّا فِي حَجٍّ أَو عُمرَةٍ.

بِخِلَافِ الطَّوَافِ بِالبَيتِ، فَإِنَّهُ عِبَادَةٌ مُنفَرِدَةٌ أَفرَدَهَا بِالذِّكرِ فِي قَولِهِ: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125]. اهـ.

Question:
Is it permissible to make Tawaaf around the Kaaba if you’re not performing Umrah or Hajj?



Answer:
Yes, it is actually desirable. The evidence for this is the saying of Allah :أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

Which means:" Purify and clean My House for those who perform the circuit (around it) and those who cleave to it for devotion and for those who bow down (before Allah) and prostrate (to Him) in Prayer”


Sheikh al -Islam said in “Sharh al -Omda” (3/658) about this verse:
﴿إِنَّ الصَّفَا وَالمَروَةَ مِن شَعَائِرِ اللَّهِ فَمَن حَجَّ البَيتَ أَوِ اعتَمَرَ فَلَا جُنَاحَ عَلَيهِ أَن يَطَّوَّفَ بِهِمَا وَمَن تَطَوَّعَ خَيرًا فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ شَاكِرٌ عَلِيمٌ (158)﴾
[البقرة]:

Which means: "Verily! As-Safa and Al-Marwah (two mountains in Makkah) are of the Symbols of Allah. So it is not a sin on him who perform Hajj or 'Umrah (pilgrimage) of the House (the Ka'bah at Makkah) to perform the going (Tawaf) between them (As-Safa and Al-Marwah). And whoever does good voluntarily, then verily, Allah is appreciative, All-Knower”

The above verse is an indication that circumambulation around Safa and Marwa for those not performing Hajj or Umrah is not permissible.

However, the circumambulation of the house, it is a worship that’s singled out in Allah’s words: ﴿أَن طَهِّرَا بَيتِيَ لِلطَّائِفِينَ وَالعَاكِفِينَ وَالرُّكَّعِ السُّجُودِ﴾ [البقرة: 125].

Which means:”Purify and clean My House for those who perform the circuit (around it) and those who cleave to it for devotion and for those who bow down (before Allah) and prostrate (to Him) in Prayer”

هذه الأيام أيامٌ معدودات تنتهي في طرفة عين.
فلا نكن من الغافلين الساهين عن قدر هذه الأيام فهيَ تجارة
رابحة وذلك الفوز العظيم .
فالمبادرة قبل الفوات فهيَ فرصة وغنيمة لِمن يسابق إلى دارِ
القرار .لِمن يسابقُ إلى الجنة والدرجات العُلى.
فلنكثر فيها من قراءة القرآن ومن الذكر والدعاء والتسبيح
والتحميد والتهليل والتكبير والاستغفار والتوبة والتضرع
والإنابة إلى ربنا خوفًا وطمعًا .

ولنعمر أوقاتنا بالخيرات والقُرُبات
وكل ما به يُنالُ رضا الله واتقاء سخطه سبحانه وعذابه .
كما نذكِّر أنفسَنا أننا لا نسى والِدَينا وشيوخَنا وعلماءَنا من الدعاء
لهم لما لهم من الحق علينا .وهكذا سائرالمسلمين الأحياء
منهم والأموات فإن الله عزوجل يقول:﴿وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ﴾.
مع ما يعود من الخير والسعادة للذي يدعو فهو في عبادة
عظيمة (الدعاء هو العبادة).
والملَك يقول للذي يدعو لأخيه بظهر الغيب: ولك بمثل .
كما في الصحيح .

These days are a few days, and will end in the blink of an eye. So we shouldn’t be among the heedless regarding the great value of these days. Verily, it is a profitable trade off and a great victory.
So let’s hasten and take initiative before we miss out on this opportunity of goodness and this race to our final abode.

We should read more Qur’an, remember Allah more, supplicate, praise, glorify and make Him great, seek more forgiveness and repent to Him. Let’s return to our Lord, with fear from his punishment and greed for his rewards. Let us use our time to do more good deeds and get closer to our Lord by doing all that satisfies Him and staying away from his wrath, glory be to Him.

We shall also remind ourselves to supplicate for our parents, our elders and our scholars since they have rights upon us.
Also, supplicate for all other living Muslims, as well as the dead of them, for Allah سبحانه وتعالى says:وَالَّذِينَ جَاءُوا مِنْ بَعْدِهِمْ يَقُولُونَ رَبَّنَا اغْفِرْ لَنَا وَلِإِخْوَانِنَا الَّذِينَ سَبَقُونَا بِالْإِيمَانِ﴾.﴿
And those who came after them say our Lord, forgive us and our brothers who have preceded us with faith”.

These supplications are goodness and happiness that will return to you because you’re in a state of great worship, as our Prophet said: “supplication is worship”. Also, an angel will say to the one who supplicates for his brother: “ And for you the same” as in the Sahih.

🖊نعم، تصلى راتبة الفجر؛ لأن النّبِيّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَعَلَى آلِهِ وَسَلَّمَ كان شديد المحافظة عليها، كما روى البخاري (1169)، ومسلم (724) عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ: «لَمْ يَكُنِ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى شَيْءٍ مِنَ النَّوَافِلِ أَشَدَّ مِنْهُ تَعَاهُدًا عَلَى رَكْعَتَيِ الفَجْرِ».

Answer:

Yes, the two Rak’ah Nafil prayer should be prayed before dawn (Fajir) prayer, because the Prophet (ﷺ) was keen at performing it as Al -Bukhari (1169) and Muslim (724) reported on the authority of ‘Aishah, رضي الله عنها said: “The Prophet (ﷺ) was more particular about offering the two (optional) Rak'at at dawn than he was about offering any of the other optional prayers".
