when you have not had a good night sleep what all you need is a cup of coffee. I went quietly but swiftly to Shanaya's ward room to have a cup of coffee with her. Perhaps she was also eagerly waiting because her eyes were focused right at the doorway when I entered her room. As soon as she saw me at the entrance she pretended looking the other way. Well I knew this habit of hers from good old times. Habits die hard but there are a certain habits of your loved ones which you never want them to get away with because they make you fall in love with them again and again.

We remain restless on some days... bcs we realise that we are doing something wrong unconciously in our life.... but before we reach to the actual cause of problem our mind itself keep distracting us.... and we failed to reach any Conclusion.

This distraction feels good sometime but temporary... we need to find real solution for that we need to understand the major cause.... so it's okay to feel anxious or restless sometimes but whenever it happens try to reach the major cause of it instead of just ignore your instincts.... and every problem has a solution but at first we need to identify the problem then work on it.

Have a productive day ahead🌷
Not-knowing is true knowledge.
Presuming to know is a disease.
First realize that you are sick; then you can move toward health.
(𝘛𝘢𝘰 𝘛𝘦 𝘊𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨)

Your mind is like an empty vessel, only when it is exposed to the world without preconceptions can it truly perceive the depths of worldly wisdom.
The one who comes empty-handed is always ready to receive more. But those who claim that knowledge flows into them often look only into the mirror of their own mind. They reflect their personal beliefs onto the world’s events — some justifying evil, others dragging down humanity.
To truly see the world... its beauty and its darkness, the love and the cruelty, you have to first look within.
Question your assumptions. Let go of your old filters.
Only then can you see clearly, not through a lens, but with your own eyes.
"Just as it is."

🔆 Nuclear Plants Under Threat: Strategic Targets or Red Lines?

📍 1. Nuclear Plants as Strategic Targets
Recent strikes (e.g., Israel-Iran, Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia) show a dangerous shift—nuclear sites are being treated as wartime targets, violating long-standing global norms.

📍 2. History Repeating Itself
Past attacks: Osirak (1981), Deir ez-Zor (2007) set a precedent.
Now, even safeguarded civilian plants are at risk—fueling nuclear tensions.

📍 3. Legal Norms Being Undermined
Geneva Protocols & IAEA safeguards prohibit such attacks.
Despite this, global norms are eroding, raising civilian and environmental dangers.

📍 4. Iran vs. Israel – A Tale of Contrasts
Israel claims threat perception; Iran cites NPT & peaceful use.
The clash reflects unilateralism vs. global non-proliferation consensus.

📍 5. A Model of Restraint – India-Pakistan Pact
The 1988 non-attack agreement shows diplomacy can ensure nuclear safety.
Annual site exchanges continue even amid tensions—💡a rare example of strategic trust.

📍 6. Energy Security at Stake
As the world embraces nuclear for climate goals, attacks risk:
Radiation leaks
Energy disruption
Climate transition derailment

📍 7. Call for Global Consensus
Urgent need for international reaffirmation of nuclear plant protections.
Safeguards must evolve with rising energy dependency, or global catastrophe risks grow.

🔚 Bottom Line:
Nuclear sites must remain off-limits in war, not just for non-proliferation, but for climate security, peace, and humanity’s future.
In the recipe called life, a problem is one of the major ingredients. Problems are a part and parcel of life. Their nature varies but they are as constant as our breaths while we live.

When we face any problem in our personal or professional life, we think that it is unique to us. That we are the sole person being tortured by its thoughts and consequences. This leads to self victimization.

More often than not, it is a misleading perspective. Many people before us have faced, many people after us will face and many currently are facing a similar problem and coming out the other side wiser and stronger than before.

Adopting this approach to problem solving helps make us feel less alone and alienated by the challenges that life throws at us.

Mark Manson writes -

"Life is essentially an endless series of problems. The solution to one problem is merely the creation of another."

So life is not about avoiding problems but about finding better problems to solve and struggle for.

Life knows no failure. Failure exists only for those who are always comparing themselves with others.🌷

"These bodies are perishable,
but the soul within is eternal and immeasurable.
Therefore, O Arjuna, fight!"

Your tired body will ache.
Your mind will scream for rest.
But your purpose  that lives forever.
Krishna reminds Arjuna and you
You are not just a body sitting with books.
You are a soul choosing battle over comfort.
Courage over fear.
Duty over distraction.
This exam isn’t just about a rank.
It’s a mirror
Where you meet your discipline,
your inner strength,
and the quiet fire that refuses to quit.
So fight
Not against others,
but against the part of you that says:
“Maybe this isn’t for me.”
It is.
That’s why you’re still here.
Moral excellence comes about as a result of habit. We become just by doing just acts, temperate by doing temperate acts, brave by doing brave acts.
