Whenever we get stressed we have two choices around us whether we can just keep crying for the things getting worse or we can make some efforts to make things better.
Difference lies in perception one can keep getting over anxious and the other way is to identity the cause of anxiety.... and work in order to solve those problems
This shift from helplessness to problem-solving transforms stress into an opportunity for growth. It trains our mind to focus not on what we cannot control, but on what we can.
In the end... stress is not the enemy. It is our reaction that decides whether it will break us or build us. By choosing to act instead of complain, by seeking solutions instead of surrendering, we not only reduce our immediate anxiety but also cultivate resilience for life.
The next time stress grips you, Instead of letting it control you... just take a pause to identify its cause... focus on what can be done and take small steps toward solutions.
Don’t let anxiety define you... let your response refine you.

writing after a long time, much to say to you all. Many times we end up focusing on things that are so least important in our lives. unless we control it , it becomes a loop. And only you can save yourself from it, I once heard a very hard hitting line " If someone can stop you from achieving your aim then its yourself",. This is so true. Many times things are not so complicated as we make it. But we still do that, craving something outside, it doesnt happen hurting again , when are you going to end this chain ? Remember one thing that you need to know very little about majority of the things , and too much about just few things. Because those few things are only that really matter to you . But we do the other way round, and then blame people. Its hard not because its hard , because you made it. As it can be done in a much more cheerful manner. Its high time we realize that the biggest obstruction is not the noise over there but the noise within you. The moment we realize it , you will start correcting things slowly and focus , focus and only focus on the few that actually matters.💫💫💫💫

Do your part. Show up. Love, work, speak with integrity. But let go of your obsession with how it turns out. Because control is a beautiful illusion and the source of so much suffering. When you truly get this, you don’t become passive. You become powerful. You stop clinging. You start living.

Sometimes, you start losing faith in yourself constant failures, endless pressure from the outside world, and the weight of your own doubts begin to crush you. Deep inside, your mind starts to surrender.
But even in that storm, there’s a small spark a gut feeling whispering, “You can do it. Everything can change.”
In that lowest phase of your life, ignore every negative thought. Hold on to that one intuition like it’s your lifeline. Work with honesty. Show up, even when it hurts.
Because one day, you’ll look back and be proud proud that you didn’t quit, proud that you kept fighting when it would’ve been easier to give up. And at that moment, every tear, every sleepless night, every struggle will be worth it.
Don’t just survive your storms conquer them. Your comeback will be your power.🌟
