It’s Not Love That Hurts, It’s Losing Yourself Inside It
When you love someone with your whole being, you naturally attach. You want to hold, to protect, to merge. And yet, the Gita teaches that attachment itself isn’t the wound, it’s the illusion that your peace depends on something outside you. In Chapter 2, Krishna says, “From attachment springs desire; from desire, anger; from anger, delusion; from delusion, loss of memory; from loss of memory, the destruction of discrimination and then one perishes.”
That “loss of memory” is not about forgetting facts. It’s about forgetting the Self, the quiet awareness behind your name, your emotions, your stories. When you forget this Self, even love turns into addiction. You keep drinking from the same well even after it’s dry.

Life may not always go as you plan, but every delay has a hidden blessing. Don’t be sad when things move slowly... even the smallest step forward is progress. Trust the process, believe in your efforts, and keep your heart full of hope.
Beautiful things take time to grow.... don’t lose hope just because the path is long. Even the smallest steps you take each day are moving you closer to your destination. Keep faith in yourself and in God’s timing. What’s meant for you will always find its way.
Stay patient and keep doing your best. Life blooms beautifully for those who trust the process, no matter how many storms they face.
Every pause is a moment of silent growth and every challenge you overcome is a sign of your strength, and 🌷✨️

When You Remember the Self, You Stop Begging for Belonging
In the Brhadaranyaka Upaniṣad, it is said: “It is not for the sake of the husband that the husband is dear, but for the sake of the Self. It is not for the sake of the wife that the wife is dear, but for the sake of the Self.” This isn’t selfishness. It’s remembrance. The love you feel for another comes from the same source that gives you life. You mistake it for their presence, but it was always yours.
When you remember that, truly, not intellectually, something softens. You can love someone deeply and still let them walk away. Because you see that your wholeness was never in them. It was merely reflected through them.

It often happens that when things are going with the flow... we become too much relaxed to take things seriously. We may understand the importance of our goals, yet we fail to feel the urgency to act... we understand the importance but not feel urgency which often results into procrastination or laziness in doing something which is utmost important. we overlook it's importance because of lack of urgency.... but we need to understand mountains are not built overnight, they are result of consistent efforts and long-term perseverance and reselience.
Today, when we still have time to act... we might overlook the value of our moments. But one day, when time slips away, all we’ll be left with is regret and guilt....and a thought in mind “I wish I had taken things seriously when I had the chance.”
So it's better to act today instead of regret tomorrow... understand the importance of time that you have and act accordingly.... every small effort you make today becomes the foundation of your success tomorrow.
Stay focused. Stay disciplined. Give Your future self a chance to thank you. 🌷✨

Our culture worships effort more hours, more hustle, more output. But the Gita distinguishes between ego-driven effort and dharma-aligned action. Effort that arises from fear, greed, or comparison depletes us. But when effort is rooted in clarity and duty (dharma), it energizes rather than drains. The key is not to act more, but to act rightly with presence, not pressure.
