Anmol Vachan Quotes ( UPSC prelims mains ) motivation essay ethics » Telegram Web
Sometimes life will be going as before. But you become mature to handle things in a better way. Where you no longer feel like complaining.you just accept the things the way they are. When you realise that there is nothing in this world which could stop me,but only myself, you will then be mindful of your actions, thoughts. Where you no longer want to waste your energy on people .You will just be hungry for your own progress. And yes sir , the graph will not be always in elevating mode but sometimes you too will feel low, but then again you have learned how to make yourself feel better and then again come out of it.This tapasya more will take time and many bad experiences. But when you reach there it's just You Vs You.✨✨💫💫

Practice gratitude.... focus on self-growth... and keep moving ahead step by step.
Happiness and peace are not found outside.... they grow within us. When we learn to stay content and grateful for what we have... life automatically feels lighter.
True strength lies in focusing on progress.... not in comparing ourselves with others. Value the things thar you have... rather than just complaining about what you don't have...Gratitude turns little into enough.
Use the resources you have to get the things that you lack.🌷✨

And i am at a place in my life, where i want to connect deeply with myself, i no longer care about the passing comments because i know that doesn't define my worth in any way. What i am craving for is intimacy with myself. Being connected with my own self. i want to observe each and every thought . and i want to know that why certain things i don't like but i do. example- social media scrolling. i want to go to the depth of my inner world to know where is this coming from. and this requires me to shut down all the external doors especially the ones that keep pulling me down. I need to sit with myself, and find that great peace within me . Because I have felt enough of the external world, and trust me nothing make me feels attracted there. Instead i want to know and understand each of my desires. and why i act in certain way and later regret about it. I want to understand even the small moving wind within me. I feel that's great peace for me. It make me a person who remains unbroken by external chaos. This is the internal intimacy that i want and i need to practice. I don't want to become indifferent to peoples suffering . Even a person who never got enough support in tough times actually knows the pain. I too want to be with people who want my support in their tough times. Even though if its a stranger if i feel that they needs me i will silently support them and silently i will move away when they are fine. without expecting anything from them. Seriously now i don't want to expect even kindness from this world. Not because i have lost hope but because i have found much more peaceful place to crave for.i.e. My inner world.✨✨💫

"It comes down to a simple choice really… Get busy living or get busy dying."
Andy Dufresne
Life will always push you towards crossroads either you rise and fight, or you surrender and fade. In this exam journey too, the choice is raw and simple:
👉 Either you keep moving, learning, writing, growing… get busy living your dream.
👉 Or you drown in excuses, procrastination, and fear… get busy dying your potential.

You can't always be a hero. But you can always remain human by showing such qualities as kindness, honesty, and compassion....

Treat every challenge as a hidden opportunity leading you towards the path of growth.
There is nobody whose life is free from challenge... problem is with every person yet some come over them and achieve their desired goals and some stuck there and keep complaining.
The difference lies in perspectives... life always puts us at a crossroads... one way is to sit and complain about what we lack and the other is to make the best out of what we already have.
Most people get stuck in the first path.... wasting energy on regrets. But those who walk on the second path... they discover their hidden strength.
A person who chooses possibilities over problems... slowly turns obstacles into opportunities and pain into motivation and power. Such people don’t wait for perfect conditions they create them.... mould your personality into these qualities.
Don’t wait for life to change.... change your perspective and approach and life will follow it automatically.🌷✨

Your time is limited, so do not waste it living someone else’s life. Do not let the noise of others’ opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition.
