Sometimes you can actually go very low in life. It feels like everything has ended. It hurts that you have been trying to make things right but again they are falling in the same place again and again. I just want to say that no matter what, no matter how deep low you feel , you always can uplift yourself. You can always shed everything that you did was wrong and start anew. Life gives you many chances . And so you must embrace yourself in all the chaos.Sometimes you don't need anyone to come to you and show the path, it's just that you just hug yourself , give a strong smile even when your eyes are wet and start feeling confident again. And it takes so much strength to do that. The moment you feel you have gained that strength that you learn , fall and fall again but still have the courage to start again, trust me you have already achieved that one side of the game. And iam very proud of you for that.Because it's not always easy to go through lot and never giving up. And each time you show up as a warrior brings out your true self ✨✨💫💫

Respect begins within... the world reflects what you believe about yourself.
Respect is not something that can be forced or begged for.... it is earned, and it always begins with self-respect. When you value yourself, set healthy boundaries and refuse to tolerate disrespect, you send a clear message to the world about how you expect to be treated.
Self-respect means knowing your worth, not allowing others to take advantage of your kindness and standing firm in your beliefs even when it’s uncomfortable.
Those who carry themselves with dignity rarely need to demand respect.... their presence commands it naturally.
On the other hand, when we constantly seek approval from others without valuing ourselves... we often find ourselves taken for granted or overlooked.
The respect you get from others is a reflection of the respect you show yourself. Start by identifying where you may be compromising your self-worth. Say NO when necessary. Speak your truth with kindness but without apology. Surround yourself with people who uplift and respect you.
Remember... before the world honors you, you must first honor yourself.
Let your actions be rooted in self-belief, and respect will follow you without needing to chase it.🌷✨

Life often celebrates those who never falter. But in the Gita, we see a divine acceptance of vulnerability. It teaches that emotional exhaustion is not a sign of failure but an invitation to look inward. The sacred dialogue between Krishna and Arjuna serves as a mirror for anyone who feels like they’ve carried too much for too long. When you're tired of appearing strong every day, the Gita does not command you to "try harder." Instead, it offers spiritual clarity, gentle truth, and a higher way of seeing your own struggle. It transforms your tiredness into a sacred opportunity to reflect, to realign, and to find a different kind of strength
