Attention Node Runners

On Jan 2, 2025, the Offchain Labs team was made aware of certain Nitro node stability issues.

Our recommendations are as follows:

- If you're running an Arbitrum Nitro node with the debug API enabled on ArbOS 32, please upgrade to Nitro v3.3.0-rc.1 as soon as possible, which can be found here:
github.com/OffchainLabs/n…
There is a risk of database corruption if you do not upgrade, so we recommend disabling the debug API on all nodes that you are not planning to route debug and trace calls to, to avoid further issues.

- If you're running an Arbitrum Nitro node without the debug API enabled, please remain on the current version. No action is required to upgrade to 3.3.0-rc.1.
We are working on a stable release and will follow up when that is out.
