Project ‘Black House’, a digitally created concept of a unique modern home inspired by typical cabin homes. The home is supposedly based somewhere in Santa Clara, New York. Its overall design was inspired by near by mountains in the area which the home based itself upon. The design and style of the home was intended to convey some form of connection with its surrounding environment and climate which is the reason behind the darker toned design and elements used. The home is well hidden within the forest allowing for it to be secluded from society. The interior is a mixture of modern and Adirondack architectural elements. The purpose of the home is to provide a relaxing and comfortable living environment within a secluded area for privacy and peace. #share

The INTER-VOID TOWER (research lab name) is the result of MARIZAD Architects’ research studies. The design process of this tower is based on mathematical calculations and the cascade of natural forces. The iconic form of the tower is formed by the connection between the lower voids. These voids make the urban space flow between the layers of the tower.

The connection of this tower to the texture and surrounding urban spaces is created through the various empty spaces that exist in the form. Also, these spaces have been extended throughout the project to include all parts of the project, creating terraces on the floors and creating an empty space in the middle. In fact, the empty spaces in the lower and upper parts are extended in the form of two strips. They have also been created in the empty spaces between the two towers to create a new and wonderful view both from the outside and inside the project.
This medical tower aims to provide medical and therapeutic services. Office spaces aim to provide health and lifestyle space in addition to medical and administrative needs, in which residential areas are also considered.
