I know you feel alone. I know you feel broken, as if something is missing, as if you've lost a piece of yourself—one you've needed for the past several years. I could see this in your eyes, the way you look at people, looking far into their eyes, searching, trying to discover that piece, digging into their souls for a miracle, for an answer. I know you feel out of place sometimes, out of yourself, like you don't belong, no matter who you're currently with. I know it's deeper than love, deeper than your friends or family, or even what you do for a living. I know this dilemma begins with you and ends with you, but you don't have the slightest clue on how to tackle it, on how to pinpoint the source of it—what causes it. It's hard, I know, and you wish it would go away. This feeling of feeling heavy yet empty, of falling yet not being able to see where you're going to crash land, or when you're going to hit solid ground. Some kind of comfort, stability, you know? You're sad, aren't you? And hell, you don't even know why. You have everything going for you, and still, you feel helpless, as if you're not in control. This feeling, this web of numbness, of brokenness just stays with you, no matter how happy you pretend to be, no matter who you try to express yourself to, no matter who listens and who doesn't. It's hard to convince people of what you're feeling because you yourself don't even fully understand why. But I understand. Depression is a motherfucker. It creeps up on you whenever it feels like it and stays as long as it wants, as long as it needs. It's a bastard not willing to let you go, not willing to walk away, not willing to set you free. Depression really is out to get you, to destroy you, to rain on you. But you must be stronger than that. You must be willing to fight back, to try not to let it get the best of you, to try not to give in. Don't let it dictate your life. Don't let it tell you what to feel. Depression is a motherfucker, but you're a lot tougher than you think.

I feel some people still need to hear this so I'm going to say it again, and so this is for YOU 🫵🏻
You out there who know what's really going on... You my tinfoil hat wearing friend...
Yes, sometimes it's a curse and not always a blessing to be awake.

Awakening is the most liberating, alienating, excruciating, empowering, lonely, confusing, freeing, frightening, expansive journey.

If you find yourself struggling as you try to process all this insanity, you are not alone.

No one talks about the darkness that accompanies awakening, or the GRIEF. Not only grieving the life and illusions you once had but the realization that almost everything you thought you once knew, is a LIE. The beliefs you've held, people you've trusted, principles you were taught - ALL LIES.

Shattering illusions is RARELY an enjoyable experience. There is a considerable amount of discomfort that comes with growth and the grieving process doesn't stop there.

With these newfound realisations, you then find yourself grieving all over again.

Grieving the loss of many relationships with people who just don't "get it".

Feeling alone; being ridiculed and shamed, not only by the masses but for many of you, your very own family and friends too. Feeling like you no longer have much in common with the people you are surrounded by.

Struggling with carrying on bullshit, shallow conversations that lack substance with those who are still fast asleep.

Even feeling disconnected from your entire support system because they can't see what you see. Some even grieve the loss of their ignorance- because "ignorance is bliss" and reality is harsh.

Awakening can be a lonely road and you will often find yourself journeying alone.

There is no way to sugarcoat it, Awakening to the realities of this world is brutal. It will have you running through the entire gamut of human emotions.

You have to master the art of diving down the darkest of rabbit holes only to come out and still function in daily life, and that's a skill people don't talk about enough.

Some of you are struggling with feeling disconnected from family and friends, it's as though they exist in another world.

Please know you are not alone, and not only are you not alone, you have an entire tribe standing with you. We may be separated by miles, but we are DEEPLY connected; in purpose and in spirit.

And remember... WE WIN 👊🏻

Sometimes you have to delete people from your life, not because you don’t care, but because they don’t. It's about recognizing the value of your own peace and emotional well-being. When someone's presence in your life becomes more about turmoil and less about growth, it's okay to wish them well and move on. Parting ways can be a profound step towards personal development, a way to make space for those who truly enrich your life and contribute to your happiness.

Geoengineering was a “conspiracy theory” until they called it ‘cloud seeding’. Make no mistake, weather modification is real and the confirmed use of cloud seeding in the UAE is the most probable explanation for the flash floods seen in Dubai this week 🌧️😡⬇️

Feeling depressed is REAL.

It is circumstantial and should be used as motivation to alter circumstances by the individual.

If you feel depressed, it means something is wrong.

It is a ringing alarm.

Depression isn't some disease that you are helpless to ever cure without medical intervention.

It is the aftereffects of ignoring the alarm for so long.

The feeling of being numb to the ringing until eventually, you don’t even notice it at all.

Feeling depressed is a warning system designed to tell you something must be done.

If you fail to use it to motivate yourself to get in shape, get rich, get a girlfriend, whatever it is that's depressing you

Then the alarm continues to ring loudly.

The “motivational” chemical sits inside your brain.

You become numb to it, you forget what it’s like to not have the alarm ringing.

Motivation turned into toxic waste.

The best thing you can do when depressed is to apply your mind to something and solve what is depressing you.

SO GET TO WORK.
