👉Financial Extraction – Farmers are forced to cover 40–45% of outbreak costs, turning every disease scare into a guaranteed cash pipeline.
👉Centralized Control – The state decides which farms operate, which shut down, and under what conditions.
👉Surveillance Expansion – Under the banner of biosecurity, farms become monitored zones, with data and compliance feeding into government oversight.
👉Elimination of Small Farmers – Rising costs and regulation push independents out, leaving only large, compliant corporations in the game.
👉Global Agenda – This is not unique to NZ; it mirrors policies worldwide, a coordinated script to standardize and centralize food production.
And remember: once the system is built, all they ever need to justify its use is a new ‘problem.’ A new scare. A new virus.
