1. waktu pengerjaan 1 - 7 hari, tergantung tingkat kesulitan, jumlah pesanan dan antrian.

2. hanya dapat memesan maksimal 3 manips dalam sekali pemesanan.

3. harap mengisi form dengan jelas. apabila ada permintaan khusus harap mengisi additional requests dengan sejelas - jelasnya.

4. pembayaran dilakukan diawal untuk menghindari hit and run. khusus untuk group manips pembayaran dilakukan setelah diberi preview. tidak bisa melakukan pembatalan atau meminta pengembalian uang.

5. revisi hanya dapat dilakukan dalam hitungan waktu 1 x 24 jam. jenis revisi yang dapat diminta hanya revisi kecil. tidak boleh meminta revisi untuk mengganti foto, mengubah posisi, atau hal lainnya yang menyebabkan proses pengerjaan dimulai dari awal.

6. apabila ingin melakukan revisi yang besar, maka akan dikenakan biaya seharga manips baru.

7. akan dikenakan biaya tambahan 2.000 per produk apabila meminta proses pengerjaan cepat (1x24 jam) dengan jumlah maksimal 3 manips.

8. khusus group manips proses pengerjaan cepat dapat dilakukan dalam waktu 2 hari dengan biaya tambahan 3.000 per produk. jumlah manips yang dipesan maksimal 2.

9. produk yang sudah dibeli tidak boleh dijual kembali namun boleh ditambah dengan editan lain.

10. tidak menerima pemesanan manips dengan wajah asli ataupun karakter anime.

11. pembayaran dapat dilakukan melalui DANA, Gopay dan Qris (rate +1k).
