سلام . دوستان توصیه میکنم با سیستم OSDIAL هم اشنا بشید . یک سیستم برای مراکز تماس با تماس های خروجی یا به اصلاح outbound callcenter . امکانات بسیار خوبی داره و پیچیدگی پنل های ViciDial یا GotoAutodial هم نداره .
