Why are their so many Eldian-Marlyen relationships in peoples back storys

When it comes to the exstream hate for Eldians in Marlye. I find it hard to belive that Eldians would get premistion to leave the interment zones as often as some of them seam to do. Atleast the Eldians that lived within.

We learn in Early sesong 4 that Reiners mothers worked at resturange or bar. And that Reiners father was a marlyan. However he didnt know she was an Eldian. But how is that possibal? Eaither he would have needed to work inside the interment zone, or she would have needed to get unlimited premition to leave it to work. She would also have needed not to were an armband. If it was just a casual hockup, it find it hard to belive. Since Reiner knew who his father was beased on the fached his mother worked their.

(Im just overanalysing but I find it intresting)

Annie was also born from an affair between an Eldian and a Marlyan, but abanded.

But the reason I realy wanted to ask this question was Tom Ksaver backstory. He held the Beast titan before Zeke. In season 4 episode 15, when we learned about Zeke's euthanize plan. Tom Ksaver told Zeke he had a Marlyan wife and son. He married her and got a child. But when she found out he was an Eldian. She killed herself and her son. Unless he was an Eldian who managed to escape or whoms family wasnt found out to be Eldians. I found it hard to belive this could happen. Even more so that he became an inheriter to the Beast titan aftherwards. At his age.

Im just overanalying, but I love to find plotholes or to fill in the void myself. We dont know when the interment zones were created or when Eldians armbans became mandetory.

Can somebody explain me the "see you later" scene?

Something that I've never understand was the "see you later" dialogue in the chapter 1 that foreshadows his death in the last episode. And the thing I don't understand is:

1. How exactly it connects the beginning to the ending? I assume Eren with the founding Titan power send his final moments to his younger self, but if that's the case...
2. Why would he do that? Because at retrospect this memory didn't contribute to changing something in his path or neither he remembers this scene in the entire series.
3. And in the case that this memory actually have an effect on the story, does that means Eren is living in some kind of loop? Because I've read that people are denying the loop theory

Is the Marley spin off in the junior high books?

I can’t find a separate volume of Youth! The Marley Academy Next Door so I’m wondering if it comes in the junior high books?
