Did Eren ever tell anyone about the royal blood possibilities?

Im rewatching and at the end of season 3 like eren just kissed historia and im guessing saw all his father’s memories therefore his own memories from the future, even though in that scene all we see is grishas memory of going to freida again.

And before this Eren gets random memories of Grisha as a kid and just before he turns into attack titan with kruger talking to him.

And when Eren sees Dina turn into that titan and Hange mentions about his temporary control over the founders power, he realises that’s why he could use it after touching her titan, but refutes to say anything fear that the military may try turn historia into a titan to use the power.

But does he ever say anything? I think i remember them knowing about the royal blood as they obviously try and stop Eren and Zeke coming into contact, but it’s just confusing to me yk.
