Should I re-watch the whole of S1-S3 before I watch S4 as I rushed S1 to S3 part 1 quite a lot.

Haven't watched Season 3 part 2 yet, heard that onwards is the best part. I'm thinking of just watching the OVA episodes and the re-cap movie, what do you think?
