Does Mikasa's arc resolves around a man?
I don't think so. Had Eren been a woman, a fish or a broom, Mikasa would've still gone through the exact same journey.
Her story started with a tragedy leading her to mentally latch onto a specific figure who rescued her. The journey of Mikasa was finding beauty and a safe place in the cruel world, then having that "beauty" image shattered by the horrifying facts of its own crimes. Her "awakening" point was when she accepted that both cruelty and beauty coexisted in the figure, and she chose to defy the cruelty by killing off the vessel (Eren's body), yet continued to cherish the beauty by guarding the memories she had of Eren's kindness. And she lived on to find other "beauty figures" in life, from people around her, until the day she died. Armin was also one of those "beauty" she found and fought with her own life to protect.
The focal point of her arc resolves around the relationship and decisions she made regarding this figure and herself. The gender, age, appearance, sexual orientation, hair color, skincare routine of said figure never mattered in her story.
Eren being a man is a setup since the beginning. But Mikasa never treated him differently just because he was a man that she had a crush on. It was always about saving her, inspiring her to live bravely, showing her kindness-- their connection grew from the actions and values one person could bring to another, in a violent and ugly world. Her romantic affections for him only existed thanks to those values acting as foundation. Reducing their relationship to a mere crush-turned-obession is a hollow take.
Did Mikasa's writing maximize the character's potentials? No.
Should Isayama invest more in her relationships out of the trio? Absolutely.
However, she doesn't resolve around men and her journey isn't about women running after and pleasing the men in their lives-- as some may use this take to call out Mikasa's writing as misogynistic.

How would the story have played out if Sasha had died here like Isayama originally wanted? Specially in Season 4?

Did only I think that Zeke was Grisha?
I do not remember at exactly which episode, but probably on an ending of one season we had the first encounter with Zeke for a few seconds.
At that time I believed Grisha is some supervillain and hates his son so much.. did anyone was confused as me? I got a huge thrill lol remember the feeling so vividly that later on I was kind of disappointed the story was not mainly about Grisha and completely different from what I’ve expected but still loved it

Before completing the series, what is something fake that you thought was a major spoiler?
I saw a “spoiler” somewhere that said Levi inherits the cart titan. Thinking that this was true, I was anxiously waiting for it to happen. After finishing and realizing that this was an AoT meme, I laughed my fucking ass off. I got fooled so bad 😭🤣
