A lawsuit filed by Patriots in Bucks County will be coming up for a hearing on Monday morning. The lawsuit alleges a wide range of violations by the Bucks County and State GOP of their own by laws. In summary, it alleges that the GOP has rigged the voting process as part of its effort to control the primary process to the detriment of Patriot and America First candidates.
The hearing will take place in the courthouse in Doylestown at 10 am on Monday. Right4Bucks and other groups will be meeting in front of the courthouse at 9:30 in advance of the hearing. Please attend if you can.

Today the House passed a bill that will allow counties to start opening mail-in ballots seven days before election day. Right now they can't start opening them until 8 am on election day and it needs to stay like that!
