🇺🇸 Stepping Up for Election Integrity - Another True Story 🗳

Ron Reyer in Beaver County never thought he'd run for office—until he realized how important local election positions really are.

📞 "In early February, I got a call from Donna Reese at the RNC asking if I’d consider running for Judge of Elections (JOE) or Inspector of Elections in my township, Marion (Beaver County). My first thought? Isn’t there already a conservative Republican in that role?

After some research, I realized I didn’t know for sure. At the RCBC Lincoln Day Dinner and a PA Election Integrity call, I learned about the effort to fill 1,000 JOE seats with Republicans. That’s when it clicked—these roles are crucial to election integrity.

By February 28th, I texted my township secretary to find out who held these positions. The response I got was… unexpected. That’s when I knew I had to step up.

I attended Pa Fair Election's JOE/Inspector training on March 5th, and I picked up my candidate packet at the Beaver County Courthouse on March 8th. Then I spent the weekend collecting signatures and filed my paperwork on March 11th with the help of Election Director Sisk.

Why does this matter? Because local election positions determine how elections are run. If we don’t step up, someone else will—and they may not share our commitment to fair and transparent elections.

I’m looking forward to serving my community and ensuring election integrity at the local level. Who else is ready to step up and make a difference?"

Pennsylvania is replacing its voter registration system with a new platform called CIVIX—a $10 million project expected to be fully implemented by 2028. But what is CIVIX, and why does it matter?

🔎 CIVIX is a private election software company that will manage:
✅ Voter registration records
✅ Election night reporting
✅ Campaign finance filings

⚠️ Concerns:
🔹 This system moves control further from local election boards and into a centralized database.
🔹 It’s being implemented without voter input or transparency on security measures.
🔹 The old system, SURE, had serious issues—will CIVIX really be better?
