New Pennsylvania Lawsuit Filed Yesterday!
Join us in the newsroom for election integrity updates in Pennsylvania! - Details from the new lawsuit - Updates from the Nov. 7th 2023 reporting anomalies - Over 200,000 voters who don't live in Penn
For the sake of clarity:
Audit The Vote does not take credit for the lawsuit that was filed this week against Joe Biden, Josh Shapiro and others. We simply reported on it last night during our live show.
The efforts behind it are from the Election Research Institute. If you would like to contribute to the legal fees to help keep that battle alive, here is a link where you can donate.

On the topic of "Ballot Chasing"
We can chase mail ballots for low propensity voters until the cows come home. Without a completely transparent counting process (a.k.a. no machines), I'm concerned that the efforts will be futile.
That doesn't mean I think we shouldn't do it or that I don't support organizations committed to coordinating those efforts.
But at Audit The Vote, we will be focusing our efforts over the next 10 months on transparency at the local level and educating citizens on the process and the path to get there.
Transparency in the process = trust in the outcome.

Who is really in denial here? The ones with concerns or the ones who blindly trust and won't ask any questions?

Propaganda piece by the LNP regarding Lancaster County's own, Mike Miller, as he continues to fight for transparency in our elections.
From Audit The Vote to the LNP:
Do some real investigative reporting and find out why Pennsylvania still has 120,000 paper ballots that were counted in the 2020 election when compared to the number of voters who participated in the election itself....just a thought.
As a quick reminder to the public:
The margin of victory was 80,555 votes making the "most secure election in our nation's history" narrative a total sham.

The 3 of us are rarely in the same physical location, but last night we were, and we had the chance to connect and fellowship with some of the election integrity movement's finest, Greg Philips and Catherine Englebrecht from True The Vote. We also had the opportunity to honor one of our own, Vico Bertogli. Amazing people. Incredible heroes. Great night together!

Transparency in the process = trust in the outcome.
Over 120k more ballots than participating voters in the 2020 election.
And this decision shows that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Senate Democrats don't want to give the people the transparency necessary to restore confidence in the system.
This is what fascism looks like.
