• Open scheduled messages and chat archiving via hotkeys.

Fixes:
• Fixed transition to anchor in Instant View.
• Fixed client crash when clearing message history in Saved Messages.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, a new feature has been added to the Telegram Business feature set that allows users to set up a custom welcome message that is displayed when an empty chat with a user begins.
Telegram allows users to set a title, text, and sticker for the welcome message. By default, this space displays a suggestion to send a greeting sticker to the other user.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, a new feature has been added to the Telegram Business feature set that allows users to add a third-party bot to their account. This bot will automatically handle chats that were active in the last 24 hours as well as interact with customers.
To set Chatbots up, users need to enter the username or URL for the Telegram bot they wish to use that will process and interact with incoming messages. The bot must have Telegram Business support enabled in @BotFather.
Users can configure which chats will be accessible to the linked bot: all private chats (except for specified exceptions) or only selected conversations.

Birthdays in User Profiles
In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, users can now specify their birthdate in their profile and configure its visibility in privacy settings.
To set the birthdate, users need to enter the day and month of their birthday. The year is optional and can be set at the users will.
On a user's birthday, the app will display an interactive festive animation when viewing the users profile. If this user is added to your contacts, you will see a notification located at the top of the chat list prompting you to wish the user a happy birthday, and gift them a Telegram Premium subscription.
⚠️ Note: Telegram prohibits users from changing the date of their birthday in quick successions.

Improved Privacy Settings
In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, the "Groups and Channels" section in the privacy settings has been renamed to "Invitations".
In addition to this change, users can now select Premium users as an exception, which only allows users that are subscribed to Telegram Premium to invite you to a group or channel.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, a new feature has been added that allows users to create special links that contain a custom preset message when other users message an account. When other users click on these links, it will open a chat with the account that created the link. The message input field will be automatically filled with a pre-written text set by the owner of the account the user is messaging.
Business accounts can create multiple short links with different preset messages. The draft can contain only text and emoji, and each link can be assigned its own unique name.
In addition to this, Telegram also allows users to see how many times users have used each of these links.

• Recommended public channels.
It is not yet known in what order the channels are displayed in both sections and how exactly the platform decides which channels to recommend to users. It is likely that the recommendations work on the same principle as the "Similar Channels" feature, but are based on all the subscriptions of a particular user.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, Premium users can enable to see ads in channels. It can be done through "Telegram Business" settings.
The messenger's menu interface reports that enabling this option can be useful, for example, to view your own ads that you have placed on Telegram's ad platform.

• To create a new sticker, click the sticker button located in the left hand corner of the text field and tap the "+" button below "Recent Stickers".
• You can create a new sticker based on any photo in your gallery or using your device camera.
• All features of the image editor are available when editing a sticker, in addition to the ability to remove backgrounds and add outlining.
• The user can set one or more emoji that will correspond to the created sticker. Upon doing this, Telegram automatically suggests an emoji which corresponds to the content of the created sticker.
• Once you're done editing a sticker, Telegram suggests sending it to a chat, adding it to Favorites, and creating a new sticker pack or adding a new sticker to an existing pack.
