The channel administrator can add as many custom emoji to the list of available reactions as the number of levels the channel has reached: for example, in a fifth-level channel, you can enable five custom reactions.
If custom reactions are enabled in a channel, they can be used by all subscribers, including those without a Premium subscription.
It is likely that the total number of reactions enabled for a channel cannot exceed 100.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, when setting wallpaper in a private chat, the app now asks whether you want to set the background image for yourself only or for both sides.
If you set the wallpaper only for yourself, your chat member will receive a notification to change the background image. Tapping on this notification will allow your chat member to view the wallpaper and if they wish, accept the change for them as well.
If you set the wallpaper for both sides (you can only do this if you have a Telegram Premium) your chat member will be able to cancel your action and return to the original background screen.

In the Beta version of Telegram for Android, users now have the ability to embed messages from Telegram channels into their stories, including when posting on behalf of the channel.
If the post is long, only the beginning of the text will be included in the post sticker, and the rest of the content will be hidden behind a "Read More" tab. You can change the size of the sticker and its direction.
The background image of such stories follows the theme of your app. Before posting, you can choose whether your stories get a background from a light or dark theme.
Viewers can go to the original post by tapping on the repost bubble from the channel and selecting "View Message".
