It is with a heavy heart that I announce the end of the BasketCoin project.

April 6, 2025 – The Basket has officially been closed.

What do you need to do now?

1. Send your BSKT tokens to the deployer address:
0x26aA2786a93162925be8cc9f228D509B853837B4

2. Final redemption rate:

1 BSKT = 0.153 USDT

3. Deadline:
Tokens must be sent by the end of 2026.
After that date, all unclaimed USDT will be redistributed proportionally among users who have already sent in their BSKT.

4. Where will you receive your USDT?
Directly to the same address from which you sent your BSKT.

5. When will payouts start?

• Starting April 7, 2025: payouts will be made daily throughout April.
• From May onward: at least once a week.

Why this decision?

1. Upcoming EU regulations
New European Union crypto laws could prevent further development, or even block the project entirely. There's a real risk of asset freezing, so I’ve decided to close BasketCoin before it’s too late.

2. Hacking incident in late 2024
The basket lost 1.84 BTC (about 22% of funds) due to an attack on the PolyNetwork bridge (EVM to NEO3), used by Flamingo Finance.
Although Flamingo promised to compensate half the loss within a month, it’s now been over six months with no resolution.
