2025 год — ключевой момент для климатических действий, и голос гражданского общества как никогда важен. Мы поговорим о том, как сделать климатическую политику справедливой, инклюзивной и ориентированной на поддержку людей и сообществ.

Dedicated project manager with over 7 years of experience leading initiatives on climate resilience, peacebuilding, and gender equality across Central Asia. Her focus is on fostering social cohesion and addressing climate-related challenges through collaboration with local communities, governments, and academia.

Holds a Master’s Degree in International Development Administration and Organizational Leadership from Andrews University (Michigan, USA).

Her work in media and education is driven by a focus on empowering communities. Aizirek led the development of Okutool, a Kyrgyz-language mobile platform that helps thousands of people gain new skills, and also strengthened her expertise in community engagement during election observation missions across Kyrgyzstan.

With more than 10 years of experience in the media and NGO sector, she brings expertise in strategic communications and content creation.

Outside of work, Aizirek is a long-distance runner, leads a book club, and is passionate about self-development and health.

🌍 NDC 3.0: How Climate Goals Are Being Updated in the EECCA Region

On September 2, we invite you to discuss how countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus, and Central Asia are preparing their updated Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) under the Paris Agreement.

The year 2025 is a key moment for climate action, and the voice of civil society is more important than ever. We’ll talk about how to make climate policy fair, inclusive, and people-centered.

— Preliminary recommendations for updating NDCs in the EECCA region,
— NGO engagement experiences,
— Principles of just transition,
— Ways to enhance climate ambition in the region.
