Starting on February 8, Hong Kongers who graduated within 5 years from a post-secondary education institution, within or outside Canada, may apply for an open work permit in Canada. The diploma/degree must have taken at least 2 years to complete, and the work permit will be valid up to 3 years.
由2月8日起，於5年內大專院校（包括加拿大及海外）就讀兩年或以上的學位並畢業的香港人可以申請最多為期3年的工作簽證。
Applicants will need to follow Canada’s COVID-19 border restrictions, unless they have a job offer or meet travel exemptions.
申請人仍受加拿大疫情底下的邊境條例規管，除非申請人已被公司錄取、擔保或因其他因素不受現時國際旅遊限制規限。
There will be two other work and residency pathways to be released later this year. Stay tuned!
加拿大聯邦政府亦表示將有另外兩個工作及居留渠道於今年稍後時間公佈，敬請留意。
