Telegram now allows you to add people who are near you. If the person on the other side has made his/her profile visible, you can see his/her name in the search. Just tap on the name to exchange contact info. All your normal chat media will be saved in your cloud storage. But, secret chats are not a part of the Telegram cloud. Since non-secret chats and files are stored in the cloud, you can access them from any device by logging into your account. After a message is received, it remains in the chat for a predetermined period — you can choose times between one second and one week – before disappearing. Just press and hold on the message you want to change and then tap the “edit” button. From there, you can modify the message and resend it.
